*Ashley's POV*
Its been two weeks since she's said it, but that's all that keeps replaying in my head. 'I want to die.' I cant get those words out of my head. How could she want to die. & How could she think that we would want to send her back to the orphanage? If she was having problems, we wanted more than anything to help her. I was devistated. I hadnt talked to the other guys about it much because i didnt think it would be a good idea. We've only talked about it a couple times, because we've had to. You cant completely ignore something like this. We told her that we would take her to counseling. But it was an idea that she wasnt open to, i understood. No one likes to open up to a complete stranger who is paid to tell you youre crazy. But she's starting to be normal again. & Jace is starting to be less of a douche. & Brent is starting to show her that he likes her more. Brent is a reallllllly nice guy. I know that i said that about Jace, but i really think that about Brent. Hes a sweet guy & i dont think he'll ever hurt Skylar. Damn i can be sensitive. I got broken out of my thoughts by Skylar screaming. I thought she was crying till she laughed. 'Brennnnnnnnnnt! Stahhhhhhhp! PLEASE! IM NOT GONNA ASK AGAIN! IM GONNA KICK YOU IN THE PENIS!' She shouted. 'SHES NOT KIDDING BRO! I CAN TELL YOU FROM PERSONAL EXPIRIENCES!' CC interjected. I laughed. Brent put her down as Jace entered the bus. Things always got awkward when Jace & Skylar were in the same room. Couldnt you understand why though? I decided to break the awkwardness. 'Hey Brent, im taking Sky shopping tommorow for some new shit, wanna join?' I asked, kindly. 'Seems pretty fun, why not?' He said. Thats when Alan & Austin come in the bus, Alan on Austin's back. 'What in the actual fuck are you doing?' Sky asks. 'PICKING YOU UP FOR YOUR NEXT TATTTTOOOOO!' Austin screams. 'FUCK YESSSSSSSS!' Sky screams back.
*Skylar's POV*
*About 2 hours later*
Two hours later i came back with a sweet little star pattern tattoo on the back of my neck. I was happy that Austin took me out of the awkward atmosphere from Jace & im glad we brought Brent along. I loved spending time with him. I was beinging to develope feelings for him, which was bad, but i couldnt happen. But it did. Uh oh. 'Jake, i need to talk to you, right the fuck now!' I screamed when we got back in the bus. 'Im developing feelings for Brent. This cant be happening!' I whisper-yelled as i was leaning into him. He started laughing. 'I know, doll. We all know. I think you & Brent are the only ones who dont know.' I gave him the evil glare. I couldnt like Brent. Not after everything that just happened with Jace. I couldnt let myself get attatched to someone again.. I just couldnt... I couldnt get heartbroken again. I wouldnt put my brothers or myself through that process again. But every time i looked at him... GOD DAMNIT. STOP IT SKYLAR. STOP THINKING OF HIM! STOP IT NOW! God damnnit, i could not like Brent, but i did, & there was nothing i could do to stop it. Just then i got a text. Jake checked it before i did. I didnt have a lock on my phone, because all the guys would know it anyways. 'Looks like he's having the same conversation with one of his brothers.' Jake said while trying to control his laugh. I prunched him in the arm. I wanted to kill him. He found this so funny. I checked what the text said.
'Can we talk?'
Was on my screen. Oh no. I didnt know what this meant. So all i could do was reply.
Sure, my bunk, 5 minutes.
I was so scared. But its not like i was gonna do my hair or anything. I was going to smoke 2 cigarettes & go over three possible outcomes till i hear Brent call my name nervously. I gave a loud sigh. Jake patted me on the back. 'Good luck kid.' He laughed. I glared at him again. I would get him for this. i opened the curtains to Jake's bunk & jumped down. I crawled into mine with Brent behind me. We got in my bunk as i closed the curtains. I turned around to start talking & Brent's lips were on mine. It was a great kiss. But what did this mean for us?
