Free Bird

I awoke around noon and saw a small note on my bedside table:

Last night was fun, I enjoyed watching Batman with you and laughing all night. I would like to stay in touch if you would like. Here's my number xxx-xxx-xxxx, call me whenever you want.

I can't believe my eyes, I was sure last night was a dream. I was hoping my whole day yesterday was a dream, but sadly it wasn't. My mother, the woman who walked out on my life and caused me to be beaten, bullied, alone is the one who is going to teach me what I love to do. God I hope I have a different professor. Then it hits me, DUH! I can look right now on my schedule, and change it if I want too. I scramble around my side of the dorm looking for that piece of paper, when I finally find it I look at my art class. My irritation sky rockets when I see the professor is TBA. Of course! Just my luck! I head to the closest telephone and call Andy. Maybe it will take some of the stress away.
"Hello?" I hear a female voice say on the other end
"Hello?" I answer in just as confused tone
"Who is this?" she demands
"Um... I'm sorry, do I have the wrong number? I'm looking for..." I stop when I hear a male voice in the background on the other end
"Who's that Juliet?"
"I don't know Andy" she answers him. She must of handed the phone to him because the next thing I hear is his voice saying
"Hello? Who is this?"
"Andy? It's Neveah." I answer, relieved to hear a familiar voice
"Hey, what's wrong?"
"Nothing, I was just wondering if you could show me how to get back to the coffee shop, so I can see if I have a job" I laugh
"Sure, I'll meet you at seven?"
"Seven" I respond before hanging up
