I can’t take it anymore.

It’s been a week since Keeley died.

One week overflowing with pain, grief, blood, and alcohol.

Nothing helps.

Nothing takes the hurt away.

Cutting just makes me think of how I’ve failed everyone. I always told my fans that cutting was never the answer, that you were beautiful and perfect as you were, but now I’m doubting my own words. In a twisted, perverse way, cutting makes me feel better. Now, I know their pain. Now, I can empathize.

Alcohol doesn’t help. If anything, the pain gets worse. When I’m drunk, I’m normally happy, but now I just think about Keeley and Juliet.

I can’t do this.

I’m so sorry.

I love you, Jules.

I’m falling in love with you, Keeley.

I’m so sorry.

I wish I could have known you better.

I wish we could have had a future.

I wish you had just lived, Keeley.

Oh, God, I love you.

I didn’t mean for it to end like this.

Slowly, I pick up a pristine razor blade, untouched by my grief-soaked blood. I grit my teeth, and drag it across my wrist.

I barely feel the pain anymore.

I barely feel anything anymore.

The first slash lets out all the pain and rage festering inside me, and I angrily slice at my arm, tearing the skin. Tears stream down my face.

I’m so sorry.

It’s just too much.

I feel the blood leaking from my body, my life slowly seeping into the crimson-stained carpet.
I’m going now.

The blade slips from my hand, and I slowly slump onto the carpet.

My eyes flutter shut, and Keeley’s face burns the back of my eyelids, and it is slowly replaced by Juliet’s.

I’ll see you soon, my loves.
