*Jinxx's POV*
I shut the door behind us and turned away to find myself face to face with Jake. He honestly looked quite nice. He was still pale as ever, his smooth black hair resting over one shoulder. His hazel eyes shone with some type of interest in me. I gulped and forced myself to look back.

"Jake, I'm in love with you," I said blankly, my hands pulling at the bottom of my tanktop. "This terrible timing but I just needed to say this before I die." I looked away, a slight blush rising across my cheeks.
"It's fine," Jake replied calmly. His voice was so nice and smooth. It sent shivers through my body. "I feel the same way." He stepped closer to me and ran his fingers through my dark, long hair. "And maybe it is bad timing. But we can make this work, can't we?" He was now leaning over me. I felt so short because he was two or three inches taller than me.
"Yeah," I said quietly. His other hand found mine and he lightly pressed his lips to mine. He didn't use tongue but I still felt aroused by what he was doing. I kissed back, biting his lip softly. I wanted him to kiss me properly, not just to be teased by the relativity of the situation.
Jake apparently caught on to what I wanted and slid his tongue past my lips. Our tongues danced together perfectly. I ran my hand down his back, grabbing a handful of his shirt and tugging at it gently. Jake's hand held my face still as he kissed a bit harder. I broke away, gasping for air.
I stared at him, searching him for any sign of regret. The only present expression was a slight smirk on his face. "I love you," he whispered.
I whispered the words back and buried my face in his neck . He stroked my messy hair softly. I wondered how he could still find me attractive when a seven year old girl had smeared eyeliner and lipstick cross my face haphazardly. Maybe he really did love me.
