Those were the longest three weeks of my life! Working my ass off was worth it though, finally on the train to manchester and I have enough money to stay at a BnB till the gig! As well as some more band merch at the gig. On my way to manchester I block the world out by listening to black veil brides on my i pod, imagining I'm at the gig, in the front row screaming my lungs out while my heroes sing for everyone there. Once I'm in manchester (after a very long train journey) my legs and ass have never felt so numb! Ughh I hate travelling so much. I made a bee line for the closest BnB and got a room. After unpacking my things I decided to take a shower after the travelling. So I gathered my batman pj's, towel, shower gel and headed for the bathroom. After my shower seeing it was almost midnight I turned in, setting my alarm for 10am the next morning. Being woken up at that point in a dream that it just leaves you on a cliff hanger is the worst!! Why oh why did my alarm have to go off before i was ready for it to!? Muttering on my way to the bathroom I had a quick wash and brushed my teeth. Next on the agenda for the day! Clothes then breakfast. I decided on wearing my ripped skinny's with punk patches and a batman vest top. Now hair and makeup!... A century later and my hair still would do what I wanted it to do! So I just left the back curled. Thinking to myself 'well at least my fringe is behaving!' The days dragged by leading up to the gig, with no job here I was left to doing nothing every day.. But at last!! The day had come and I was so excited! I hadn't even slept, so wired on monster I hit the nearest pulp to see if there is anything I could wear for later. After about an hour of looking and trying things on I decided on black ripped tights, purple and black tartan skirt, a black veil brides t-shirt (which I planned on customising when I got back to my room!) some new bracelets and new makeup! Just four more hours till they open the doors, 1 hour to get ready then off to que, hopefully I can get to the front again! Thankfully the BnB I was staying at was only a ten minute walk from where Black Veil Brides were playing. Downing another can of monster, wearing my new outfit and war paint like Andy's I was already queuing and I was one of the first few there. As I was listening to music a girl comes up to me and starts speak so I take out my head phones "hey! I'm poppy!! Omg this is the first time I've ever seen them live I'm so excited!! Is this your first time?" The girl 'poppy' seemed as excitable as a puppy! Save me! "Um hi. I'm laura" shyly smiling at poppy "no I've seen them a few times now, but I'm still excited as much as I was the first time! Your gona love it" I said, while all the time thinking I just want go un-noticed! After a very long wait with poppy the doors were open and as soon as I handed my ticket over I ran for the place they were playing, weaving through people to get to the front! AS everyone pilled in I stayed put, centre stage at the front, just feet away from where my idols were due to be any minute now. As that thought went through my head the lights went out, revealing a spot light on CC's drum kit, the whole crowd just stared in silence awaiting our fallen angels to arrive on stage.
