Bad dreams
We ran into Pinkberry. I mean literally… our faces hit the door… It took us a good minute to figure out how to open the door.
“I thinks it’s pull…” CC said so we pulled and it wouldn’t open, and then we pushed and it still wouldn’t open.
“I got this…” Andy said walking up behind us and opening the door with no trouble at all. The people inside were staring at us now.
“Okay, so what can I get for you?” Said the guy working the counter.
“Pomegranate and toppings, the largest size you have!” I yelled.
“And can I get the original with toppings?” Andy asked.
“Same here!” Said Juliet.
“Pomegranate…” Said Jinxx.
“Coconut and original with toppings!” Said Niki.
“And Coconut with toppings please.” Said Jake.
“And what size will the rest be?”
“Medium!”
“Medium!” Everybody answered. CC and I picked out toppings, mochi; raspberries; brownie bites; chocolate chips; chocolate pretzels; M&Ms; gummy bears; and chocolate sauce. Then we all sat down to eat.
“Brummm!” CC was making motorcycle noises as he put a spoonful of Pinkberry in my mouth.
“Ah! You got some on my nose!” I yelled. I took the yogurt and shoved his face in it.
“You better still eat that!” He said.
“Why wouldn’t I? It’s still Pinkberry!” I answered. He leaned over and kissed me getting the yogurt all over my face.
“You got a little something there…” He made a circle pointing to my whole face.
“You too!” We laughed.
“Do you guys need some napkins?” Blade asked. I wiped off CC’s face and he did the same for me. When we were done we took the subway back to the hotel.
Back in the hotel:
“Night guys, I’m going to bed…” Andy said. He walked into his room and Juliet followed.
“I’m going to sleep also…” Said Niki.
“Me too…” Said Jagger.
“I second that.” Said Blade. Matt was already passed out on the couch and CC barely made it through the door. We all ended up going to sleep. Except for me… I was just laying awake in the bed. I was laying there for a good few hours. And then I heard a door open to the lounge. I got up and walked out.
“You’re still awake?” Andy asked me.
“Yeah, I can’t sleep. What’s your excuse?”
“Bad dream… So I was writing…”
“Like a journal?”
“Nope, it’s a lot of stories and poems and songs. Sometimes I draw, but I’m not that good.”
“Oh?” I asked.
“Yeah…” He pulled out a picture of Batman. I smirked.
“That’s pretty good, way better than me anyways…”
“Well show me!” He pulled out a page and handed me his pencil.
“What should I draw?”
“Anything…” So I set to work. I drew the headstock, then the neck, then the body, added the turning pegs, and the frets, and the strings, added the bridge, and the pickups, and the pickguard, and the finishing touches and bam! I drew Jake’s guitar.
“Wow… that’s amazing…” Andy said, “don’t doubt yourself again.” Then he did the stupid parent thing, he took a piece of tape and hung up the drawing on the mini fridge. I giggled.
“I didn’t realize how much time passed… look the sun’s about to rise!” Andy jumped over to the window.
“Wow, it’s beautiful…” I said in awe.
“I know, sometimes it’s my inspiration… or “muse” as they say…” He quickly replied. He started pointing out the different colors, and how they blend together. Then he made me listen to the birds, he said, “Everyday they wake up and sing… Almost like it’s their concert except the whole world can hear it. It all blends together just like a band, and that’s what I want Black Veil Brides to be like. A band that the whole world listens to, one that doesn’t just blend with each other, but also the fans. I want our concerts to be a place of freedom…” I just listened to how sincere he was. His mind was so deep in thought, so focused on his goal. I never knew that a guy could be this deep. We just sat there and watched the sun rise, and listened to the birds.
“Did Andy keep you up all night?” I jumped and turned around, it was Jinxx. Andy was still deep in thought.
“Actually no… I kept him up, what time is it?”
“7:30.” Jinxx sat down and looked out the window, “Do you ever wonder what goes on in his mind?”
“I actually got a glimpse of it before…” I answered.
“What does he think about?”
“The world, but the art of the world… the little things. He makes them stand out and he realizes their beauty.”
“He’s a smart kid, quiet but loud. Do you get what I mean?” I nodded.
“Good Morning…” Jake said walking in. He started to brew a pot of coffee.
“Morning.” Jinxx said.
“He’s spaced out again?” He asked.
Jinxx’s POV:
I walked in on Andy and Justine looking out the window.
“Did Andy keep you up all night?” I asked her.
“Actually no… I kept him up, what time is it?”
“7:30.” I took a seat and looked at Andy, spaced out, “Do you ever wonder what goes on in his mind?”
“I actually got a glimpse of it before…” She answered.
“What does he think about?” I asked her, he never and I mean never tells us what goes on in his mind.

“Justine, I think… Her and Andy were up all last night…”
“And they’re not tired, well that’s normal for Andy…” He said, I just nodded in agreement.
Just then I heard groaning from the floor, it was Matt. I guess he rolled off of the couch last night.
“FUCK! MY FUCKING HEAD!” He yelled in agony. Andy snapped back to reality.
“DUDE YOU’RE AWAKE! YAY!” Andy jumped on top of him.
“Andy I think you need to lie down or something, this is the second day you’ve been going with out sleep. It’s not healthy, you’re gonna get sick.” I said.
“But I’m not tired!” He whined.
“Go! Bed! Now!” Juliet shouted walking into the room.
“Good Morning!” Jake said extending the words.
“Morning!” She said. Andy slowly dragged himself back into his room and shut the door.
“Does somebody have Advil or something?” Matt asked rubbing his head.
“Yup, hold on…” Juliet rushed over to her purse and pulled out a bottle of Advil, “One or two?”
“Two…” She handed him the pills and he dry swallowed them. The next person in the room was Jagger.
“Morn- woah! Did Justine stay awake all night?” He asked.
“How’d you know?” I asked him.
“The drawing of Jake’s guitar…” He pointed to the mini fridge. We all nodded our heads. Justine was still spaced out. And a minute later Ash was up… how did I know? The banging on the walls and the OH MY FUCKING GODs.
“I can’t do this!” Andy yelled swinging open the door. Just then Justine shook herself back to reality, or it was the huge slam that the door made.
“Aw baby… you really need to rest…” Juliet said walking over to him.
“NO! I DO NOT WANT YOUR FUCKING TACOS!” CC sleep yelled? Is that a thing?
“Did he just?” Jagger pointed.
“It happens…” Jake said. Justine nodded. Blade walked in covering his ears.
“You know that conversation you just never want to listen in on? Yeah I didn’t think so, why don’t all of you share a room with Niki and Ashley one night?” He asked.
“No thanks dude…” Jake said.
“Where’s Sammi?” Jagger asked.
“Still sleeping…” I answered. Justine was zoned out again, “One thing I don’t understand is how can a person stare into space that long?”
“MINNIE I DON”T WANT TO LOOSE YOU!” CC yelled himself awake, shaking and crying uncontrollably.
“Oh my…” Blade started.
“CC, it’s okay… calm down… Jay is right here…” Juliet sat down with him, “Sh, sh… calm down. It’s okay…” Blade slapped his sister.
“OW! WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT FOR?” She yelled, he pointed. She got up and ran over to CC.
“CC, you need to calm down now. It’s all okay, see… I’m fine…” Just then Ash and Niki walked in.
“What did we miss?” Ash whispered.
“CC had a bad dream…” I started to explain.
