Bullied
Chapter 3 - Hit My Heart
The door opened - my heart stopped beating for a second.
It was my first school day. My new class. And my new teacher.
He already showed me the way to the classroom. That man was quiet as fuck. Didn't know he was like that in general or just because of me. All he told me was his name: Mr. Bennington
"Here we go. Here's your new mate" the teacher walked in
I hesitated. That class was very loud and hadn't any respect. Rubbish was thrown at each other - disgusting and shocking for 16 year old pupils.
But in the end I had to walk in. Suddenly they all got quiet and just watched me...
A boy who was all alone at the last table row shortly pushed his long hair away from his face and looked directly into my eyes. That was creepy. Luckily he stopped it after a few embarrassing moments and saw down on the floor again with his hair covering his face. He was the only one who wore that "black style", too..
So I stood there in front of my class - it was quiet as fuck.
"Well, tell us who you are" Mr. Bennington said
I nodded "My name is Andrew, but I go by Andy. I'm 16 years old and I enjoy listening to rock.."
They all just stared at me in a strange way.
But a laughing voice interrupted the silence "Oh god! He's felixed! Felixed as hell!!"
... and everyone laughed with him. The whole class. But not that boy in the last table row. No idea what was funny.
I had a confused look at Mr. Bennington who tried to make the class calm down again. That was the moment I realized he had no control over anything. He just didn't know what to do.
I sighed
There was only one free chair left: last table row; next to that quiet boy.
Do you know this one minute which feels like forever? Yes? The way to the chair was one of the longest moments of my life.
Girls giggled and cackled "Good luck, felixed"
Everyone made fun about it. I was upset. Not that they laughed - it was just annoying that I had completely no idea what was going on.
And then I saw those eyes and I directly knew: it was the one who made that comment. A brown-haired guy with a naughty appearance. It was 100% those eyes who made him seem like that. I knew it was him. I just knew it. His look told me everything
After the longest walk of my life I reached the chair and sat down.
"Just ignore them" the lonely boy mumbled, but I didn't understand him
"What?"
He saw at me with his one eye which wasn't covered by his hair.
"Just ignore them. They are motherf'ckers who have fun of being inhuman. They're not worth your attention"
That guy was pretty right "What's your name?" I asked
"Felix"
And then I unterstood.
And it hit my heart
Notes
Pretty short, but hits the ones who got once bullied, too...
I think so
