I sat outside the Asking Alexandria bus watching lightening light up the horizon.The Asking Alexandria boys were partying inside.

Ashley came walking up to the bus and smirked when he saw me.“What are you doing out here all alone?”

“I could ask you the same thing.”I answered.“Going to the party?”I asked motioning to the bus.

Ashley nodded, “Yes.Andy’s on his way.”Ashley said as if I should care.

“And I should care why?”I responded trying to act like it didn’t faze me.

“I’m not stupid like the rest of the guys.I sense some sexual tension between you and Andy like you’re going to jump each other at any second.Why don’t you guys just fuck and get it over with?It will be doing us all a favor believe me.I’m sure you’re just as pissy as Andy is.”Ashley responded.

“I’m with Ben.”I said simply.I might want to sleep with Andy but that didn’t change the fact that I was with Ben at the moment.I wasn’t the cheating type.

“Yeah and you’re point is?”Ashley responded like I said the stupidest thing in the world.
“I’m not going to cheat on Ben.”I said exasperatedly.

“You and Andy have a past, it doesn’t count as cheating.”Because that was totally logical.

“I don’t think it works that way.”

Ashley smirked, “I don’t see why it doesn’t.It’s perfectly logical.Just admit it you want to fuck Andy.”

I nodded, “Yes I do.”I don’t know why I admitted it to Ashley but he seemed like he would be able to keep his mouth shut.

“You’re just looking for an excuse.Well I’m giving you guys an excuse.You can thank me later.”Ashley replied and then got on the bus.

“What were you and Ash talking about?”

I turned around to see Andy walking up to me.“Um…I don’t know just some random stuff.Does he ever make sense?”I lied.

Andy chuckled, “Sometimes.So what are you doing out here?Were you kicked out of the party or something?”

I shook my head, “No.I nodded toward the horizon.A storms coming.”

Andy turned around just in time to catch a bolt of lightning lighting up the sky.“Maybe it’s just heat lightning.”He said defiantly.

“No.It’s a storm, I’m sure of it.”I answered.

“What do you have ESP or something?”He asked with a smirk.

I shook my head, “No you can feel it in the air.It’s humid and kind of feels like the air is pressing in on you.You can also smell it.”I said and then smirked.“Plus I looked the forecast up on the internet.”

“So you’re skipping the party because it’s going to storm?”Andy said trying to piece together my answer to his question.“What?Are you afraid to party while it’s storming or something?Are you afraid you’re going to be struck by lightning while you’re in the bus?”Andy said being a smart ass.

“No, I just don’t want to party.”I answered.“I was just pointing out the fact that it was going to storm.”

Andy looked at the Asking Alexandria bus and then back at me.“I’m not really in the mood to party either.I only came so I didn’t look like a loser staying on the bus alone.”

“Everybody already knows that you’re a loser.No use in trying to cover it.”I answered jokingly.

“Gee thanks.”Andy said with a smirk.“Would you like to hang out on my bus and we can even watch a movie?”

I took minimal time to think of the answer.

I nodded, “Sure.”

“You’re still obsessed with Batman?”I laughed as he brought the newest Dark Knight movie out.

“I’m not obsessed, I am Batman.”My only response was to laugh.“Hey it’s funny now but just you wait until you are in peril and need my help.”

“Aww…you think you’re batman.That’s so cute.”I mocked him.

“I don’t think, I know.”He answered.“And if you don’t like my movie choice, you choose what we watch.”

I shook my head and laughed, “I was just messing with you.I like that movie.”

“Good, now stop making fun of my movie selection.”He answered and put the disc into the DVD player.

“If you’re Batman, what does that make me?”I asked jokingly.

Andy thought about it for a second biting his lip, which kind of distracted me.“Two Face.”He answered with a grin.

“What?!”I said highly offended.

“I was really going to say Cat Woman but I wanted to see your reaction to the whole Two Face thing.”Andy answered sitting down next to me.

“Well I thought it was highly offensive.”I responded.

It was hard to concentrate on the movie with Andy right next to me.Ashley had been right; there was definitely some sexual tension between Andy and me.I wondered if Andy could feel it also.

“So how are Mom and Dad?”I asked breaking the silence.I called his parents Mom and Dad because I had known them so long.

“They’re doing well.I talked to them the other day.Mom can’t wait to see you when we play Cincinnati.”Andy answered.“Her and Dad have been worried about you since you took off to LA.”

“I didn’t think that there was really anyone that would really care.”I admitted.I was kind of surprised to hear that Andy’s parents were worried about me.I thought they were mad at me for the whole break up thing.

“Mom and Dad didn’t believe the whole cheating thing.They believed that you could never cheat on me.Besides I swear my mother loved you more than me half the time.You were like the daughter she never had.”

“And the other half of the time your father loved me more than you because I acted like the son that he never had.”I joked.

“What are you saying?That you’re butch or something?”

I shook my head and laughed.“I’m just saying that while you were roller skating around the house performing.I was watching baseball with your Dad.That is until you would skate in front of the TV demanding our attention.”

“Oh you’re bringing that up.”Andy said amused.“Remember when my parents walked in on us the first time we fucked and then had ‘the talk’ with us afterward?”

“I was so pissed at you because I told you it wasn’t a good idea with your parents home but you said it was fine.Then I was also freaking out because I thought they were going to tell my parents.”My parents were Catholic so they thought that sex before marriage was a sin.

“The look on your face was priceless.And I told you they wouldn’t tell your parents.”

“Then I was too embarrassed to talk to them for the longest time.”I laughed.

Andy’s phone started going off.He looked at it and frowned.“I have to take this.”He stood up and answered his phone.“Hey what’s up?...Nothing much just watching a movie with Jake.”Andy lied as he went to the back of the bus.

Who the hell was he talking to that he needed to lie about watching a movie with me?I had a hunch but I didn’t want to jump to conclusions.

Andy came back a couple of minutes later looking slightly irritated.

“Girlfriend?”I asked.

Andy nodded in response.“Yeah.She won’t stop calling me.That’s like the third time today and I’m pretty sure she was drunk.”

I didn’t know how to act.Andy had a girlfriend?But then again I had a boyfriend.Maybe I shouldn’t have agreed to watch a movie with him.Obviously his girlfriend was the jealous type if he had to lie about who he was watching the movie with.

“I’m guessing she’s the jealous type?”I thought out loud.

“I don’t see why that is any of your business.”Andy answered irritated.

I smirked, “I take that as a yes.”I stood up.“You know I’m going to leave.I don’t want to cause any trouble for you.”

“If you were truly the bitch that you act like you are, you really wouldn’t care.”What the fuck was his deal?

“And if you were the asshole that you act like you are, you really wouldn’t care if I left.”I answered.I left the bus without a response from him.
