Raven’s POV
Two days ago, I tried and failed to kill myself. Two days ago, I thought I wasn’t going to be here anymore. But, I am. Thanks to Alex and CC and everyone, my life is getting there. Alex made me tell CC the secret I was keeping from everyone.
*Flashback*
“Just tell Rav!” Alex yelled at me from the bunks. I sighed and walked out to him. Once we got to the bunks, I pushed Alex out. Once again, I sighed and sat down. He sat across from me.
“I need you to listen.” I tell him. He moves to speak, but I hold up a hand to silence him. “When I was eight, my mother sold me to some sleazeball of a friend. Literally sold me. I lived with him until I was sixteen. In that period of time, I was beaten, abused, raped, and many other things. That’s the real reason I started cutting. When I was sixteen, I ran to Alex’s house and stayed with her until college. We moved into an apartment together and now we are here. With you guys. That’s the best thing that could have happened to us.” I tell him. Tears had begun rolling down my cheeks, and CC reached up to wipe them away.
“Why didn’t you tell us sooner?” He asks me. I shake my head and walk over to him. I gently sit in his lap and rest my head on his shoulder. He reaches to stroke my hair soothingly, but hits the stitches that were in my head. I cry out in pain and everyone runs to the back. “She’s okay. I just accidentally touched her stitches. She’s okay now. She’s okay.” He said. We all make our way into the living room, CC carrying me.
“Can we watch Adventure Time? Batman is getting so old.” I say. Jinxx grins and turns it on. As we sit there and watch, Alex and Andy disappear. I almost question where they went, but then I realize what they are doing and giggle to myself.
“What’s so funny?” CC asks.
“My best friend and brother are getting laid.” I say and then cover my mouth. Everyone turns to look at me. “I mean…………..”
“Wait. What did you just say?” Jake asks me. I flush a crimson red and look at all of them.
“Okay, but don’t tell Andy. When I was born, the Biersack’s put me up for adoption. Andy was only three so he doesn’t remember who I was, I don’t think. Anywho, I was adopted by a bitchy whore and yeah. So now I’m here, safe. BUT YOU CAN’T TELL HIM OR ALEX OKAY?!” I say. They all look at me with wide eyes.
“Tell us what?” They ask, coming out of the back with messy hair and curious faces. I look from Alex to Andy before panicking and passing out in CC’s arms.
*Flashback over*
So now, here I am, sitting on the couch with Jake and Alex, watching some random show and falling asleep. Jake was saying something to Alex about Andy and I. Then, all hell broke loose.
