Andrew and i separated once again. He was going to to stay in LA and handle paperwork and his soon to be ex wife while i head back home. My life is here... my work is here and so was my...wait i don't have any friends. I wonder who's fault is that. "So you are getting married that's amazing!" My mother cooed. Rolling my eyes i just gave a slight nod and a thin smile. "Where- when- how?"

Signing off the paper i hand it to Jackson. He blushed crimson as my mother gave him a wink and walked out of my office. It has been three days now since i saw Andy. "I don't know. I am not sure if its going to be a long engagement or not- oh and mom don't broadcast this to the public, me and Andrew still need to talk, about- well," I shrugged. "Everything."

"There is nothing to discuss. You are in love." I just arched my brow and shook my head slowly. "I think you should get married on the hill."

"I am not going to get married on a hill. I was thinking the Southampton.At grandfather's house. Small, intimate, and no press. If there is press there is me. I will cover my own wedding than."

"Why are you so stubborn!" My mother pouts. "How many people can i invite. There is the ambassadors, senators from other towns, can i at least get a-"

"No!" I protested shaking my head. "No mom. I will give you 10."

"Ten people!" She whined. "Twenty."

"Fifteen people you can invite. End of discussion.Now get out of my office- oh and i am not wearing your wedding dress."

"Fifteen is alright. And fine. At least let me do the reception?"

"How about you do everything, minus the guest." She laughed and nodded. "Mom get out."

"Bye sweetie."

"Later." I leaned back grabbing cell phone just wanting to call Andrew saying i miss him.

"This is Andrew Biersack, Leave a message and i might listen to it."

I rolled my eyes and pressed the number one. "Andrew hi. Uh its Maxine. Just checking in. I miss you. Call me please. I-I love you." I hanged up groaning heavily. "That was stupid."

Andrew's Personal Point of view

I sat in the cold brick room tapping my finger on the edge of the steel table clicking my tongue to and fro between my teeth. The door opened seeing Krystal in handcuffs and a orange jumpsuit. "Mr. Biersack, should i stay?" The officer asked. I shook my head lowering it eyeing the divorce papers. The man slammed the heavy door closed and stood behind it.

Krystal sighed and sat across from me. "I am not signing the divorce papers." She said softly trying to brush her hair back. "I don't want a divorce."

"Sign it." I whispered sliding the paper and pen towards her. "Now."

"I am not afraid of you Andrew."

I hate to do it but i had to. I slowly stood up and removed my tie from my neck. "Fine." I walked around her twirling the tie around her throat making her gasped. "I want to marry Maxine." She gasped as she try to talk. I twirled the edge of the tie around my knuckles yanking her head back. Leaning into her i bit the shell of her ear. "Pick up the pen and sign it." Krystal shivered as she grabbed the pen signing her name on the end of the paper. Releasing her i placed the tie back around my neck. "Good girl." Seizing the paper i knocked on the door. The officer opened up and turned to Krystal who was gasping for air. "You did not see anything." I mumbled pulling out a dough of money.

"Yes sir." He nodded seizing the ten grand. "Have a safe flight."

I turned to Krystal and sighed heavily. "Good bye. Hope to see you never." I pat the officer's back and walked out of the prison with a heavy sigh.
