It Just One Of Those Days.

"Mommy!" I turn around, just to see me four year old daughter running towards me, Cc and Brandon walking, I squat down, scooping my daughter in my very arms. "You had fun with daddy?" I asked her, putting a strand of her black hair behind her ear.
"Daddy took to zoo!" Brandon said. "Look." He holds out his hand and i glimpse a small bracelet. "My name."
"It's very pretty." He smiles and CC gets him in his arms.
"Mommy? Where's Uncle Matty?" Brenda asked.
"He's coming. But we have to go get changed cause we're going to the pool!" They cheered and we both put them down, and they ran to their room.
"There a hand full." Cc said, wrapping his arms around me. "You said pool."
"I'm pretty sure I did. Besides, it's the beginning of summer. A season where I can work on my paleness and let my children.." He looks at me with a raised brow. "Our children to say hello to the sun once more."
"So poetic."
"Shut up" I chuckle and kiss his cheek. "I heard you're doing warped this year."
"We are, and you're coming with."
"Cc, the twins won't be calmed down. They're i. The age of adventure and trouble making."
"Just to the local shows, then you come back. Your brother's band is playing as well. Why not support the both of us?"
"The twins." I repeated, but he rolls his eyes. I pout and he smiles.
"The twins are going to grow in the environment of rock and punk and metal. Why not start early?" I roll my eyes, and a cry is heard. "I'll go." He lets go of me and walks towards the room of our kids. Brenda was crying uncontrollably as she pointed at her toy. The struggle with these kids. "what happened?" Christian asked, picking up Brenda and setting her in his hip.
"Brandon got toy." Brandon looked at CC with big wide eyes. That was from his side. Cc looked at him and Brandon gives him the blue ball.
"Why don't you two share?" He asks them, looking at their brown eyes. I smiled as I saw him deal the problem on his own, I remember as two years ago, he was scared on how he would act on their first fight. But here he is, Daddy CC is to the rescue. Brandon was looking down at the dark grey carpet as Cc gave him a small talk. I leaned my head against the door frame, and smiled. "How about we play together?" Brenda nods and he puts her down. He looks at me and throws me the toy. I wave the ball at them and the twins smile as they run towards me. I throw it back at Christian and they both frown. Cc starts to run and the twins follow him around the house. I laughed as Brenda jumped on the sofa, just to roll her way off it, hitting the carpet. She brushes herself and begins to chase her dad around. He throws the ball at me and I kneel down, trying to hide from the terrible two. They both scream a war cry and tackle me down, and grabbed the ball. I laughed as they struggled and CC decided to join. He grab our son and put him in his shoulders, spinning around. I grabbed Brenda's hand and got the already packed pool bags. Cc jogs out the door, Brenda holding my hand.
"Mommy, daddy is funny." She says, looking at her brother and dad. "Is daddy going to leave again?" I cringe. The thought of CC leaving me again because of an argument over Ashley made me want to cry once more.
There's so much love I have for this man, it's dangerous for me to continue, but for my kids to be happy with their father, I would take a bullet from CC.
"I don't think so baby girl. I think daddy is going to stay with us." She smiles and begins to twirl herself.

The Stars were bright, and the summer night warm and enjoyable. Brenda and Brandon were asleep after their long day of entertainment with, Athena, Matty and Fernanda's adoptive daughter. I must check in with her just to see how motherhood is treating her. CC was talking to Ashley, my biggest enemy. After all these years, I've just tried to work it with him, but he doesn't let me. I don't know why, but at least he accepted my children.
"He's going to change." Carry said, as she sat down next to me, a margarita in her hand. " I've talked to him, he's just... Scared."
"Of what?"
"You not accepting him. He thinks he messed up big time."
"He did."
"I know."
"But that's no reason. Just tell him he's good." She smiles and kisses my cheek. Cc stands up and everybody moved as well.
"Stay put." I looked at her confused, and they all stand in front of me. They slowly turned around, and they had a white card each.
"What are...." Ashley groans and turns his card first, which had my name.
One by one, they flipped their cards.


'Kenny, are you ready?' Was the first four, held by Carry, Ashely, Jake and Matty.


"Yeah... But for what?" Andy, Jinxx, Juliet and Ella turned the other four.


'Will you marry him?'


Fernanda and Sammi had two cards, making an arrow and then CC. I stood up and walked to him. Tears running down my face.
"I know, I know I've messed up so many times, but the fact that you're still holding on to me, makes me realize that you're totally worth all the wait I had to do." He opens the red velvet box, revealing the ring. He takes it out and gets on one knee. I cover my mouth, and I prayed a small thank you to Fernanda and Carry on making me get a manicure today. "Will you be my forever after?" He asked me. Everybody held their breath, and I thought to myself... Was I ready to give my soul, my mind to this man... For my always? To be with him through sickness and health, in the gold and bad, through the calm and storm?.. I looked into his brown eyes, in which were desperately for an answer. I nodded, letting out a chuckle.
"Yes." I whispered, and the guys went wild. He slides in the black ring in my finger and he stands up, pulling me to him, and our lips meeting.
"My forever?" I asked him.





"To infinity and beyond, baby."

That's it folks! This is the last chapter for this story.
I don't think I'll do a sequel for this story. I think Kenny and CC along with the twins deserve a happy ever after, but I do have a new story out and I'm writing it with six other amazing authors, so go check that one out.
