Forever Us

---Skylar’s POV---

I looked at the clock. “C’mon, Andy…” I sighed. He was late. He was supposed to pick me up at noon from the hospital, take me back to my house to get my things and Aaron’s things, then take me to his house, but it was already 12:30 and I had no idea where he was. I wanted to get out of this hell hole and go see my son that I haven’t seen in two days. I swung my legs back and forth as I sat at the edge of the bed. I sighed a bit, then I heard a loud patter of footprints racing down the hallway towards my room. I smiled as I saw Aaron come running into my room, followed by Andy. “Hey, buddy!” I yelled as he jumped into my arms, hugging me. Soon Andy had checked me out and we were on our way to my house. He pulled up and Aaron and I walked in, followed once again by Andy. “Alright, grab some clothes and few toys into a bag, okay? I’ll get the rest.” I said as Aaron ran upstairs to his room. “”Uhm, Andy?” I asked before going to my room to pack.

“Yeah?” He asked, smiling at me.

“I-I just wanted to say thank you… thanks for everything. Thanks for pushing me through my rough patch so I could be here with Aaron and thanks for letting him and I stay with you for a while, and just… thanks for everything, really.” I sighed, glad I got that out.

“Yeah! My pleasure! It’ll be exciting with new people in the house.” Andy giggled then scrunched up his nose in a cute bunny-like way. I nodded and smiled again, then walked upstairs to my room. Well, this is a trip down memory lane… I just tried to kill myself in here, all of the old memories of sleepless nights, wanting Andy back, the numerous times I cried in here, wanting to die. So, maybe they weren’t pleasant memories, but still a trip down memory lane none the less. I finally got all of my shit packed and into Andy’s car, then I helped Aaron with all of his stuff as well, putting it into Andy’s car as well. The drive to his house was pretty silent except for the loud background noise of the car’s music. Once we got there Andy helped take the bags in. He opened the door to his large house and I just had to stop and look around for a second.

“Wow, nice house, Andy…” I said, biting my lip. Obviously Andy was the one who did better off when I left… Not that this was a competition or anything.

“Thanks.” He smiled. “Here, if you want to follow me I’ll take you up to your rooms.”

“Sure, thanks.” Aaron and I followed him up, surprisingly he had a different room for each of us, I had figured Aaron and I would be sharing a room. I helped Aaron unpack everything into a small dresser and without another word from him he sat down and started playing on his Gameboy. I laughed and started unpacking all of my things into a small dresser of my own. I suddenly felt like someone was watching me. I turned around and Andy was standing in the doorway, smiling as I put everything away. I cleared my throat and he jumped.

“Sorry, I came in to ask you wanted for dinner, my treat. I just got distracted, sorry…” He apologized, looking down and biting his lip.

“Oh, you don’t have to do that, Andy. You’ve done enough for us, but thank you.” I reassured him. He furrowed his brow.

“Either you tell me what you want or I’ll just guess from past experience. Either way, I’m buying you a dinner.” He tempted.

“Andy…” I began.

“Alright, Razzo’s it is.” He sighed and turned around and started to walk out of the room.

“How did you kn-” I bit my lip. Oh yeah…

“Like I said, past experience, my darling.” He smirked then left the room.

After dinner Aaron took his shower and I was getting ready for bed. I changed into a baggy shirt and black yoga pants. I went to the bathroom and knocked on the door. “Hey, you almost done, Aaron?” I called.

“Yeah, almost.” He hollered back, then the door opened to my surprise.

“Alright, go tell Andy goodnight, then head off to bed, okay?” I said and kissed the top of his head.

---Andy’s POV---

Damn, I was lucky they were staying here, it gets kind of lonely sometimes. I was downstairs watching Tattoos After Dark when I heard Aaron come running down the stairs. I smiled as he came racing around the couch to tell my goodnight. “Hey, dude!” I smiled and pulled him in for a hug.

“Goodnight, Andy.” He whispered as he hugged back. I let him go and he trotted back upstairs. Soon I heard Skylar come to the top of the stairs too.

“Night!” She yelled.

“Night! Get some good sleep!” I said back, making sure she heard me. I fell asleep on the couch I guess, because when I woke up I was still there. I took out my phone and read it was about midnight. I grumbled and got up, turning off the TV and headed upstairs, turning off the rest of the lights on my way up. I peaked in to make sure Aaron was asleep before I went to my bed. I walked into my room, closed the door behind me and slid off my pants, revealing a tight pair of Batman boxers, I took off my shirt too and threw them into the dirty clothes hamper. I pulled back my blankets on my bed then fell asleep quickly. I woke up to the sound of Skylar screaming.
