Everything was set. Everything was in order. "This is Krystal leave a message and i will get back to you."

"Hey baby its Andy. Just a reminder you should go pick up Mia at school. We know we can't really hold a surprise secret so she wants to help decorate before her little friends come over. Call me when you are your way. I love you." I hanged up and grabbed a beer leaning on the counter just gazing at the massive unicorn eyeing me. I softly chuckled shaking my head side to side.

The door cracked opened seeing Ella, Jake and CC with a butt load of presents in their hands. "Wow." Christian grins giving a wink to the unicorn. "I think he likes me."

"Mia is gonna kill you." Ella interjected. "I brought her barbie dolls for her birthday she loves her barbies." Ella snickered. "I can't believe today is her birthday, imagine how Mia will be when she all grown up."

"Hoping like her father and not her mother." Jake grumbled as i tap my phone on the palm of my hand walking into the bedroom.

"This is Ronnie. busy leave a message."

God is everyone's phone off on my daughter's birthday? "Dude the cake!"

"Andy?" i twirled around seeing Ella with a worried expression. "Here is someone to see you."

I throw my phone on the bed walking to the door seeing two police officers. "Andrew Biersack?"

I nodded folding my arms across my chest. "Yes. Can i help you with anything?" I turned my head seeing Ella and my friends surrounding me.

The police officer removed his hat and gulped hard. "Your daughter ;something happened."

"I am sorry what?"

"I am sorry sir. They say Mia walked across the street, she was the only girl in front of her school. I am guessing waiting for her mother. The teacher told her to wait but she did not listen. A truck did not see her and-"

"What do you mean, you saying my peanut-" I broke down shaking my head.

"She did not make it Mr. Biersack i am sorry. Your daughter passed away an hour ago on the scene."

"You bitch!" Yet another glass was thrown at me. My hands bloody from my own blood. The scar was deeper than i thought. "I am going to show you what a real man is." Kelvin grabbed a set of my hair haling me down the hallway. "Slut!"

"I swear he did not flirt with me Kelvin let me go please i am begging you." He pushed me hard to the wall slapping me across the face. "Please. My boss was just joking. I am just an intern at New-York times, please don't make me lose my job."

"Am i not good enough for you?" He began to cry gripping my neck. "Huh. Am i not man enough for you." He ripped my shirt opened and pressed his hand on the cut he made with the knife two nights ago. "Huh answer me you whore!"

He slapped me once again. I gasped for air trying to struggled out of his grip but he was too tight. Just than pure salvation rescued me. He pulled back and removed his phone. "Kevin John." i slid down holding my head in my hands brushing the blood from my face.
"Wait Ronnie man calm down. She died?" I looked up as he had a shocked expression on his face. "And the father is suing?" He asked. "Of course he can! Krys wanted to take his money and leave, if this evidence shows up minus the part about her daughter she will go to prison! Erase evidence you have i will see you tomorrow." i gulped hard as he slammed the phone shut. "I am gonna win this case. And if i lose i will kill you cause its going to be your fault. Because i have to worry about you slutting at your fucking office!" He kicked me and removed his tie. "I am gonna show you a real man Max!"
