The Shadow Walkers

Fours of driving in a car was going to be tiring seeing my passenger is Andrew Biersack. I hum softly to the song as the singer sing 'Your just a day dream away, i wouldn't know what to say if i had you'

"You have a lovely voice Maxine." Andrew whispered sliding his thumb on his I-Pad. He looked up giving me a warm smile than returning to his work.

"Thank you." I whispered leaning back just gazing at the open road. "What are you doing?"

"Setting up your contracts. What else."

I turned my head slightly wrinkling my nose. "Contracts, plural?" He nodded. "Do we have one?"

"No." He said softly. "What is your family like. I have met your mom, dad and sister."

I groaned heavily thinking of my screwed up family. "These past years they kept asking me who my boyfriends is- cause god knows no one can top Mr. John." Licking my lips i eyed my ring finger, the red ruby sat perfectly on my finger. Guess that was just a fairy tale. "My grandparents are very judgmental. You have too be handsome and rich."

"Well i am both." He snickered shutting of the machine in his hand placing it in the back seat. "I one am of the richest men in the world, and of course handsome."

"No need to toot your own horn Mr. Black."

Andrew cocked his head on to one side narrowing that blue eyes just gazing at me. "Maxine why are you nervous, was this about the counsel meeting or me meeting your family?"

I shrugged. "Both i think." Biting the bottom of my lip i sighed heavily through my nostrils. "I am scared, i am not a dominant Andrew. I am normal girl who has been through so much; i don't have the energy to get my heart broken and flushed down the toilet. Like i said i have been beaten physically but i can't take another knock mentally or emotionally." Tears starting to build up. " I'm not allowing my perspective to be dictated by the dominant culture."

"Maxine how many times should i prove or in fact say that i will not hurt you. Hell i fucking did the impossible and crossed out a rule that i written just because i want to be with you. The moment i saw you at the end of the staircase i knew you would damage me and i let it happen. So its more of import. You should be afraid not me breaking your heart, but you breaking mine."

I could not help but gasped at that statement. "I wont' do such a thing i -"

"You gonna love me till i hate you, You are gonna show me what's really crazy. I should've known better, than to mess with your heartache, than you will lie to me like a black widow." He softy say turning his head with a small smile. "Cause that's what black widow's do. Why do you think Ella gave you that name."

"You expect very little from me Mr. Biersack." I said giving him a tight smile. "But what a black widow do as well is protect, even though they have a little life spam, they will do anything to protect their young. Destroying everything in her path to get to the ones she loves."

"You love me?"

I surly just over stepped. "No i don't." It was a bit too early to say that words, so retracting it as quick as possible. "Soon in time but not now." disappointment spreads across his face but he just nodded turning to the window. "What song should i play, sure enough you would like to listen to some... metal."

"I think i have a request." He mumbled turning his body grabbing a CD cover from his bag handing it to me without even glancing me. "I think this song will put everything in what we feel in order."

"I had no idea these still exist." I laughed placing the CD in the Rom.

"I am old school." He whispered. Why was he not looking at me?

"Old school is casset types." I mummer pressing play. What band was this? Good tune i supposed. "I love her voice."

"Mm," he nodded finally turning to me. "Fly leaf. the song's name is circle. You should learn it and sing it." He said in a very cryptic tone making me burst into laughter. "Why are you laughing?"

I turn back to the road shaking my head. "I have no freaking clue."
