Ben. When I first saw him I thought he was cute as a button. But, of course not as hot as Andy. This past weekend I didn't really hang with Andy. Except we had lunch together on Saturday at Shogun. My favorite restaurant in town. He called me up Friday night and told me he wanted to take me somewhere special the next day. I of course got all nervous and could barley sleep. But not because of that, my sleep was also effected by me and Ashley's make out session the other day. It's hard when you don't believe in boyfriend/girlfriend love because you tend to fall in love anyways. It's complicated, lets just leave it at that. But, I know I love my guys, that's for sure. I just have to control myself better. I don't want to be known as a serial kisser.

I stand in front of Ben's locker fidgeting. I can't believe I'm doing this. Maybe I should just leave. But, the way he blushed when I was talking to him just seemed like he liked me. Or maybe there was something on my shirt. Or maybe my makeup looked like hell...
Next thing I know I see two feet in front of me. I lift my head up to see Ben's mellow blue eyes. "Hi Kara, what are you doing here?" I start to pick at my nails. I take a deep breath and try to get a hold of myself. "Do you want to go out with me!?" I say I little bit louder than I expected. A grin appears on his face. "I'd love to. How about I pick you up tomorrow night at seven? Maybe we could see a movie?" I start to blush. I can't believe he didn't reject me.

I stand there as if I was a deer seeing headlights. "Um, okay, cool! I'll see you then!" I walk away awkwardly. I look back to see him with a puzzled look on his face. Aw man, I totally made a goof of myself. But hey, at least he said yes. Alright, yay! I begin to skip to my next class.

Before I know it I'm in Ms.Amy's, last period of the day. "Hello you twerps! I hope you've gotten yourselves into some trouble over the weekend. Or discovered what real music is all about. None of that rap crap. Or rat crap as I like to call it. We only have about three weeks of school left. Then I'll be free!" She says throwing her arms up in the air. Oh Ms.Amy, I smirk. She has to be the best teacher of all time. I find my eyes drifting over to Andy. I catch him already looking at me. I quickly shift my eyes back to the board. I shift my eyes over to where Ashley would be sitting, missing my perverted friend already...
