Andy's P.O.V

"Because, I kind of like you" I said. She looked at me all confused. I am scared of how she's going to react. What if she will reject me? What am i going to do?! "I never had someone have a crush on me, I thought no one would ever love me" she said. I looked at her. "Erin, you are a strong and beautiful person and I love you. I care for you, Erin." I said. she looked speechless. "Well Andy, you should probably know something." she said. "And that is?" I asked while she suddenly crashed her lips against mine. I kissed her back and put my hand on her cheek. We pulled away for air and she smiled. "I love you too Andy." she said. I smiled back and lightly kissed her cheek. "Lets go home" I said.
I started the engine and drove back to my place. I texted my parents what's going on so they understand. So they were prepared for what's happening. "Erin? Are you ok?" I asked her. She looked very scared. "Yeah, i'm fine" she said. I doubted it. "Are you sure? It looks like your are thinking of something that's scaring you" I said. she looked at me so innocent, so sympathetic, so softly. "My parents, they are going to kill me if they ever find me" she said. "Erin, I will protect you from them. And I doubt it that they are going to find you since I live on the other side of Cincinnati, it would take them forever to find you." I said as she had a bit of relief in her eyes.
"Thank you Andy, for doing this for me. I thought I was going to die living with them." she said. "If you don't mind me asking, what happened with them?" I asked. She sighed a little. "I used to have a sister, and 12 years ago she passed away. Remember when we had that car crash with a school bus and it exploded in flames?" she said. I nodded. "She was still in that bus, and I was there when the bus exploded. I was going to help her but the fire department dragged me out of there before the gasoline from the bus got on fire. And ever since then my parents have been blaming it all on me for not helping her. Thats how they got into drinking, and thats how I got into self-harm." she finished. "Wow" I whispered as I pulled up to my parents house.
"Well Erin, welcome to your new life!" I said excitingly. Erin looked a bit happy too. I opened the house door and my dad was sitting on the couch watching hockey and my mother was in the kitchen. "I'm home!" I said. Erin was a bit shy so she kind of hid behind me. "Hey little-Johnny-Rickfield. I see you brought your friend." he said as I turned 50 shades of red. "DAD! I'm not SEVEN anymore." I growled. "CHRIS! Knock it off!!" my mother yelled from the kitchen. "So, this is Erin?" he asked. "Yup" I replied. He smiled and gave her a hug. "Don't worry, I know how it feels to run away from home. But you're safe now" he said. "Thank you Mr. Biersack, this means a lot." she said. "AMY!! Come here please?" he said. "Mom, this is Erin." I said to her as she entered the room. "Oh my goodness Andy she's BEAUTIFUL! Erin, you are one lucky girl to live with us." she smiled. "Thank you guys so much. I don't know what I'd do without you." she said.
We got her bags and set them in my room since we don't have any other rooms and we didn't want her to sleep on the couch. So yup, me and Erin are sharing a room together. I have a feeling she will like it. I have TONS of rock and roll band posters all over the room, I had batman blankets on my bed, and my carpet was a deep blood red and the walls were painted a dark grey. "Do you like it?" I asked Erin as she walked into the room. "Like it? I LOVE IT!!!!" she said. Suddenly my phone started to ring. It was sandra. "Crap, I forgot. We left Sandra and Megan at the ice cream shop" I slightly laughed.
"Andy? Where are you? Is Erin ok? Me and Megan are going to head back home and we will meet you guys again tomorrow. No more running off ok? ;)" the text said. "We're meeting Sandra and Meg tomorrow. Is that ok?" I asked her. "Yeah, it's fine." she said while yawning. "Sleepy?" I asked. She nodded. "Do you want to have dinner first?" I asked even though I wasn't hungry. "No thanks, i'm good though" she said. "Ok, good night Erin" I said while she climbed into bed. I turned off the light and left the door open a little bit. I went down stairs and greeted mom and dad. I grabbed an apple and started to head back upstairs. "Andrew." my father called. "What?" I asked. "Take care of her, she's special" he said. I smiled and started to walk into the room. I slowly opened the door and gently sat next to Erin. She looked like an angel when she slept. I leaned in and softly kissed her lips. "I love you" I whispered as I fell into deep sleep.
