Love isn't always fair

Teyas POV
goose bumps spread all across my body, as I sat at the dressing table. Why was I so scared? Probably because I was getting ready to go to a party where I knew no one. Well I knew one person, the girl who invited me. But I haven't seen her since High school. Yeah, that's why I'm scared.
I finished my hair and makeup, then stood up to admire my masterpiece.
my blue silk dress fitted comfortably around my waist, my purple curly hair swept to the side, peachy makeup was on point and my silver sandals shimmered in the light.
I walked down my creaking stairs and slid my key into my red door. I pulled it open just as Ashley's car pulled up in my driveway.
"what the fuck do you want?" I yelled at my cheating boyfriend. Wow, I cant believe I did that. I stood up to him. I wonder why I'm not trying so hard anymore to impress him? Has the spark gone? NO! It cant.
"why have you told Andy that I've been cheating on you?" He screams, his face turning scarlet with veins popping out of his forehead
"because you have, I read the text so don't lie to me"
"you read the text on ANDYS PHONE!" What? Omg I'm such an idiot.
"you know, I cant believe you don't trust me! Now I'm glad I slept with..." He suddenly went quiet. I felt tears in my eyes.
"who did you sleep with?" I asked calmly.
"I'm sorry babe, forget I said anything"
"no ash, who? No more lies, who did you sleep with? If you tell me, it will be easier to take you back"
he looked at me, regret on his eyes
"Niamh, I slept with Niamh" that blew me
"while we were still..." He nodded "and they were still..." Another nod.
"HOW DARE YOU GET MAD AT ME FOR SAYING YOUR SLEEPING WITH NIAMH, WHEN YOU ARE! FUCK YOU ASHLEY"
And with that I walked towards the party venue.
I got there and recognized no one. I took a seat at the bar next to some guy covered in tattoos. I ordered my drink and started to socialize
"Hey I'm Teya"
"sup, I'm Pete" God he's fit "so, you alri...whats wrong?" God, he could see I've been Crying. I wiped my face and
took a deep breathe. Shit, why did I do that? Now its probably really smudged.
"my boyfriends been sleeping with my best friend"
"What a tool, oh well, who needs him. If you were my girlfriend I'd treat you like a princess and love you forever." Is he flirting with me? We talked for a few hours about all sorts. Turns out he's in a band. And he has great taste in music.
after a while he had to leave.
"hey look, my friends are waiting for me"
"alright see you later"
"you could come with if you wanted?"
we walked up stairs and into a small room labeled VIP. I got stopped by the door man but Pete helped me out.
"she's with me"
I walzed in and saw three other men. "guys, this is teya. I did start to recognise the band. Fall out boy. I shook everones hand
"hi I'm Andy"
"hi I'm Joe"
"hi I'm Patrick" oh my fucking god he's georgeous
"thanks". "wait, how...did I say that out loud?" They all nodded. What the fuck.is wrong with me?
