Remembering Yesterday

Ashley ran up the stairs as fast as he could, Jake and CC following close behind. They had told Sammi to stay downstairs they wanted her to be safe. Jinxx would die if anything happened to her, which is why Joe had stayed with her. What Sammi had told them could only mean one thing. Tammy was back. And that meant trouble. He hoped they would get there in time. He ran down the hall and stopped dead on his tracks as the sound of a gun being shot ran through his ears. He fell on his knees covering his ears and closing his eyes at tightly as he could. The echo of the gun still rang though his whole body, but even that wasn’t enough to muffle the horrible scream soon followed after the second shot was heard. It seemed hours had pasted until he was able to stand again. His knees were weak his whole body was shaking as the most awful thoughts ran through his head. Who was dead? He stumbled into the room and saw Andy on his knees. He looked around desperately, Jinxx stood shocked as his hands were in front of him, looking as if he were holding onto something. James was on the floor in front of Andy a puddle of blood surrounding him. He ran to Andy screaming his name. He wasn’t sure if he was screaming loud enough because he could still hear the gun being fired over and over again, although he knew that had passed already. He saw it then, blood pouring down the hole that was on Andy’s shirt. “Kathie…”
