Bullets in a Music Box

Milwaukee, WI

The air in the bunk was cold and dry, and my throat was sore and scratchy. I rolled over in the bunk curled my body into Andy's while coughing. Andy wrapped his arm around me and then shifted his position so he was on his side, facing me.

"Are you feeling okay?" He asked me quietly.

"I feel like crap," I said, or tried to say, but it just came out as a croak.

"Lost your voice, well then," he said and then kissed my forehead.

"I hate being sick," I muttered and he chuckled.

"Everyone hates being sick," he said. I shrugged and sighed contently as I was getting warmer by being curled into Andy. He wrapped his arms tighter around me and put his chin on the top of my head.

"I'm pretty sure that if someone could get a birds eye view picture of us right now, it would be the worlds most romantic picture, ever," Andy commented and I shifted to look at him.

"What kind of drugs have you been smoking?" I asked. He chuckled and half sat up in the bunk.

"Funny, no, I just had a thought," he said.

"Well I have a thought too, any picture of us is the worlds most romantic picture, even the derpy ones," I said.

"You have a point," he said. I attempted to sit up in the bunk, but a wave of nausea hit me and I fell back down.

"Are you positive you're okay?" Andy asked, his eyes filled with concern.

"I will be," I said and pulled the blanket over my eyes.

"Well, you sleep, I'm gonna go play games on your laptop," he said and then climbed out of the bunk and it got quiet. Sleep does sound really good right now. I closed my eyes and was gone.

The sound of the curtain being moved startled me awake and I quickly turned to face the curtain, only to see Andy.

"Wake up sleeping beauty, it's one in the afternoon," he said.

"It's one?" I asked.

"It is, and we are going shopping in Waukesha today before the show, let's go," he said.

"Why Waukesha?" I asked.

"Cause they have interesting stores in downtown Waukesha," he said with a childlike face. I shook my head and rolled over and out of the bunk. When I was on my feet, Andy wrapped his arms around me and gave me a hug.

"Why are you being so random?" I asked.

"Too much sleep again," he said. I nodded and walked over to the suitcases and I pulled out an outfit and changed into it quickly in the back area. When I was fully dressed, I grabbed a pair of shoes from my suitcase and walked to the front of the bus. Andy was on my computer again, playing God knows what. I sat down next to him and began pulling on my shoes.

"Are you feeling any better?" He asked.

"My throat feels like shit, but otherwise I'm fine," I said.

"Are you gonna sing tonight?" He asked.

"Nope, I'm gonna do what I came on this tour to do, watch you guys perform," I said.

"Am I going to sing your song at the end or are we scratching that from tonights show?" He asked.

"Your choice, I don't care," I said. He nodded and closed my laptop.

"Ready?" He asked.

"How are we going shopping?" I asked.

"Jon was awesome and got us a rental car," he smiled and held up the keys. I rolled my eyes and we both walked off the bus and over to the rental car, which was really nice. I climbed into the passenger's side and Andy began driving. Waukesha is like a half hour away from Milwaukee, or at least the part of Milwaukee we are in.

We pulled into a spot on the edge of downtown Waukesha and Andy turned off the car.

"So how are we not going to be recognized?" I asked.

"I have sunglasses, and I'm wearing my Batman hoodie, I'm not wearing my normal stuff," he said. I nodded and we climbed out of the car and began walking towards a store, and it looked awesome. As we walked in, the cashier greeted us warmly. I love little shops like this. I looked around at the multitude of things and found a nice bracelet that made me think of Charlie.

"Hey Andy, what about this bracelet?" I asked. Andy walked over and took a look.

"It screams Charlie," he said. I nodded and grabbed it. Found the bracelet for Charlie. There wasn't really anything else I wanted there, so I went to the cashier and paid for the bracelet. We walked out of the store and I felt Andy lace his fingers in mine. As we walked down the street, I noticed that there was like no one here.

"There's no one down here," I said.

"That's because everyone is at work. I know it's hard to picture, but people actually do have 9-5 jobs," he chuckled and I rolled my eyes. I found the bracelet and I don't need anything else.

"What else are we getting?" I asked.

"Well, there's this antique mall that I know you're going to love, so, we are going there next," he said and we continued walking. As we got closer to the store, I saw a Gelatos restaurant.

"Oh my gosh, we are getting Gelato next," I said. Andy glanced where I was looking and then he laughed.

"Whatever," he said and we walked into the store. It was like heaven. There is so many old things here I almost cried.

"I think I'm in love," I said.

"That hurts," Andy faked being hurt.

"Different kind of love," I said and ran my hands over the old lace and clothing. It was the best feeling. As we made our way around the store, I found lots of things I wanted, but then I saw the price and I said no. Andy kept telling me to not worry about the price, but I told him to shut it. We left the store with nothing and I practically skipped to the Gelato store. I walked inside before Andy did and I sighed contently. It was amazing. I walked to the counter and began ordering as Andy walked up to me.

"A bit impatient are we?" He asked.

"It's Gelato, don't even," I said. The worker smiled and scooped my gelato into the bowl and then Andy ordered. Andy paid, much to my argument, and we sat down to eat the gelato.

"Today has been fun," I said and Andy chuckled.

"It has, even though your day has only been alive for like two hours," he said. I shrugged and took another bite of the gelato.

"We should probably head back to the bus, so Jon doesn't blow some sort of gasket," I said. Andy nodded and we stood and began walking towards the car. This is why I love Andy, he thinks of the smallest things and I am grateful.

Notes

So, I know it is short, I am sorry. I don't want to make it too long, and if I added the concert part, which would be like every other concert part, it would get too long. o.O But, I hope you liked cute Andy and Sadee!

Now, for Charlie's bracelet, I did research and I couldn't find any picture for it, so, you guys can think up whatever you want and how you want it to look, since all of you probably have a slightly different view on his personality. So yeah, the bracelet will be important later! Remember that!!!!!!
