Bullets in a Music Box

London [Part Two]

Twelve hours later and we were in London. The rain was falling in the typical London fashion and I was extremely tired. The plane landed at around four in the morning, the next day, in London and it kinda threw me off. As we walked off the plane, Andy had his hand intertwined with mine and was pulling me along. Charlie followed close behind me, almost holding onto my arm. We walked into the airport to wait for our bags to be checked and released to us. While we stood, I hugged Andy's side and shoved my face into his shoulder. He wrapped his arm around me and kissed the top of my head.

"Tired?" He asked quietly.

"Jet lag is going to kill me," I said. He chuckled and rubbed my arm. When I am tired, I get really clingy. Jon walked over to us and smiled at Andy.

"Someone must be tired. All three of your bags are ready. There is a car waiting outside for you, get in it and head to the hotel immediately. Get some sleep, we have an interview with BBC One at noon, get some rest guys," Jon patted Andy's shoulder and walked away. We walked over to our bags and I grabbed mine while yawning.

"How are you so tired?" I heard Charlie ask.

"Because I am not so used to doing a twelve hour flight and going over seven time zones. And besides, I'm old," I said.

"You are not old. Come on you two," Andy said as we walked through the airport and outside to the car. Once our things were in the car, I climbed in and buckled before leaning my head on Andy's shoulder. As the car drove, Andy put his phone in front of us and took a picture.

"I would smack you, but it seems my arms are dead," I said. Andy chuckled as he typed something on his phone.

"So are the three of us in the same room?" Charlie asked.

"Yep," I popped the 'p' and Charlie nodded.

"Don't worry, we won't do anything," I said.

"I wasn't even worried about that. But now I am, thanks Aunt Sadee," he laughed and I smirked at him.

"No problem," I said. The rest of the ride, I was silent. When we got to the hotel, we all climbed out and I complained and whined while grabbing my bags and walking into the hotel and to the elevator. When we finally got to the room, I didn't even put my clothes away or anything, I just climbed into one of the beds and curled up in the blankets.

"I think someone wants sleep," Andy chuckled as he took his shoes off and climbed in next to me. Charlie sat down on the other bed and went onto his laptop. Good for him. I curled into Andy's side and closed my eyes. Sleep sounds so amazing right now.

The sound of metal music coming from really crappy speakers woke me up a few hours later. I opened my eyes and looked around to see Charlie dancing and writing things down.

"You are obnoxiously loud," I said as I sat up and stretched.

"It's two in the afternoon, calm down," he said.

"It's two? I missed the radio interview?" I asked.

"Andy told me to tell you to not worry about it, that you need sleep and, as much as this next statement disgusts me. He told me to tell you that you looked extremely adorable and cute sleeping," he said and fake gagged. I threw a pillow at him and he laughed.

"You are just jealous," I said.

"Kinda, but not really. Wanna help me write some songs?" He asked.

"What are you writing about?" I asked.

"Well, I was going to write about my dad, but that seems too depressing. I have a few things, wanna hear it?" He asked. I sat at the end of my bed and nodded at him. He paused the music and sat down on the desk chair in front of me before beginning to sing.

"All my life I have seen the wrong side.
I watched as an outsider in my own life.
Nothing I did was right for you.
And I have had enough.

You told me to never speak.
You told me to never make a sound.
You said that I didn’t matter.
You said that you were better than me.
" He sang and then stopped. I smiled at him and cleared my throat.

"Are you stuck now?" I asked.

"No, I just want your input. What do you think?" He asked.

"I think it is an amazing start to a song. And I am guessing this might be about Lauren?" I asked.

"Maybe. I was thinking of this line and I want your thoughts on it," he said.

"Shoot," I said.

"Don't say you're the victim now," he said. Wow, that is actually pretty good.

"I like it. What were you thinking of putting in the chorus?" I asked.

"I don't know, but that's why you're here," he smiled.

"Oh is it?" I smiled and he nodded.

"Now I’m laughing while you cry. I was always told I was never good enough. What about that?" I asked. He wrote it down and nodded before coming up with more.

"Now I’m laughing while you cry.
I was always told I was never good enough.
In your eyes, I was invisible.
A monster you've become.
I don’t even recognize you anymore.
An ugly creature you've turned into.
Don’t say you’re the victim now
," he sang and I nodded with a smile.

"Kid, you have amazing songwriting skills. You don't need me," I said.

"Yes I do. You are better than me," he said.

"At this point, you're better than me," I said as I stood up and messed his hair up.

"Hey," he whined and I smiled.

"Continue writing while I shower," I said as I walked into the bathroom and turned on the water. While it was warming up, I walked back out to my suitcase and grabbed a pair of jeans and a bra and underwear and a tank top. I walked back to the bathroom and took my shower. When I climbed out, I heard a few more voices in the room. I quickly changed and walked out to see Andy, Ashley, and CC all sitting around the room.

"You look so much better when you are awake," CC said.

"Are you calling me ugly?" I asked.

"No, just you look scary when you are tired," he said. I shrugged and threw my other clothes into my suitcase and jumped up on the bed and laid down.

"Hyper much?" Ashley asked.

"Nope, just got some songwriting done with the nephew, took a shower, and I am in London," I said.

"The nephew got some songwriting done?" Andy asked.

"The nephew did, and if I do say so myself, it is amazing," I smiled and rolled onto my back. Can we just not leave London?

As the opening band performed, I stood side stage with Andy, who had his arms wrapped around my waist from behind. Charlie was sitting on a stool off to the side. I think that British fans are louder than American fans.

"It is so loud out there," I said and Andy nodded. He had his chin on the top of my head. Yes, I am that much shorter than him.

"Hey aunt Sadee, am I allowed to tweet about this?" Charlie asked.

"Why wouldn't you? I tweet about the concerts all the damn time," I said.

"I was just making sure," he said.

"Charlie, you are on tour with Black Veil Brides, you don't need to get permission for anything, unless it's illegal, then as me first," I said he nodded and looked back down at his phone.

"He adores you so much," Andy said.

"It's cause I am that awesome," I said.

"Yeah, sure, we'll go with that," he laughed and I rolled my eyes. A few moments later, Ashley walked up next to us with his bass in his hands.

"Good evening Mr. Purdy," I said.

"Good evening Miss Christian. What's the nephew doing?" He asked.

"Who knows?" I asked. The opening band finished and then the stage went dark. The crew went on the stage to fix it and within like ten minutes, Andy had kissed my cheek and walked out on stage. They changed up some things, I don't now how I like it.

Notes

So we have the starts of a new song, I hope you all like it. I have the entire song written out, but I am planning something special for Charlie so you'll have to wait to hear the rest, and another song I am currently writing for him. Hope you liked it! We go to Liverpool next.
