~Stars Can't Shine Without Darkness~

Star's P.O.V.~
I woke up with Violet on my bed, but no Andy. "Violet, wake up. We have school." I walked over to my closet and pulled out a little white dress that came down to my knees with my black converse. I ran a straightener through my flaming red hair and let it fall over my shoulders. I tucked a bow into it, pulling the bangs in with it.

"Ready?!" I shouted to Violet as she ran down the stairs. "Yeah! Could you start the car?" I nodded and raced her to the car after throwing on my black jacket. I hopped into the car and pushed the key into the ignition. 'Call Me master' by B.O.T.D.F blasted through the speakers as I sing along.

I pulled out my phone and decided to text Andy.

Star: You left me :(
Andy: Sorry baby. I had to go home to talk the guys.
Star: Oh..I have to work today, could you pick me up afterwards?"
Andy: Of course my love. Be careful at school today. I love you.
Star: I love you too.

"Ready?" Violet startled me when she attached the seatbeat around her shoulder. I nodded slightly and soon enough, we were on the long highway to hell.

We walked to our lockers to get our needed materials before class started. I tightened the brace on my wrist while seeing the devil herself walk up, pushing Violet out of her way. "Oops. I'm so sorry." Brittany snickered. I rolled my eyes before looking at her. "What could you possibly want?" I spat, slamming my locker closed, nearly closing her hair in with it. "Watch it bitch!" She shouted, causing people to stare.

"You know, I think it's funny how you act as if no one can hurt you and your so strong, but once I come around, you turn into a shy, weak, little girl." She said while laughing. Her little whore pack came over seeing their "leader". "It just shows how truly fucking pathetic you truly are. No wonder Andy picked me all those years instead of the little brunette with dorky ass glasses and a stupid attitude. You think you have him now? I've told you before. It won't last." She walked past me, shoving my shoulder as she did.

*After School*

"Violet. Plleeeaasssee! I don't want to go home yet!" I whined. "Go shopping with me!!" She let out a dramatic sigh and made a U-turn to go to the most popular Halloween store in this town, Halloween Town.

Violet ran straight to the women's costumes while I was left at the front of the store. I heard the little bells from the entrance cling telling you that someone has now entered the store and turned my head towards the door and saw a girl with a gorgeous tan and dark brunette hair that swung over her shoulders.

I started walking and out of no where, a gigantic mechanical spider jump out and hit my leg. Once it made contact with my leg, I screamed. I glanced behind me and saw the girl giggling at my lack of sight of the spider. I laughed to myself and starting walking towards the back to Violet.

"Can you help me get this trap off?!" Shouted Violet from the dressing room. I knocked on the door and she automatically let me in. I laughed when I saw her in a tight pirate's dress that laced up in the back. I sighed and unlaced the back after closing the door.

When I was finished, she tried to catch the dress but I saw something purple on her stomach. I slowly moved my hand towards her and she jumped back. "Violet.." I whispered, nervously moving towards her again. A couple tears pricked her eyes as I pulled away the dress that was covering her stomach.

I gasped in shock when I saw deep, dark bruises covering her stomach. "V-Violet...what happened?!" I half way shouted, still shocked at what I saw. She quickly pulled her shirt and pants over her body and ran out of the dressing room grabbing the dress with her and paying for them.

I ran after her towards the car and got in. "Violet.." "I know...we need to talk...and we will. When we get home." I nodded in response, staring out the window.

When we got to my house, she sat down on the couch and began telling me what happened.

*After Her Explanation*

"OH MY GOD! I'll fucking kill him!" I started yelling with rage. "NO!" Violet screamed. "What?" "You can't! I won't let you get hurt because of me. You already have a brace around your wrist. Promise me Star. Promise that you try won't do anything do anything to Noah." She begged. I let out a big sigh and gave in. "Fine. But the next time he does, you won't be able to stop me." I explained. She gave me a hug and said thank you.

"But..that's not all." I raised my eyebrow as if I was telling her to go on. "The g-guy I cheated on Noah with was...it was Ashley..." My eyes went wide. "Ashley as in my boyfriend's best friend Ashley?" She nodded. I chuckled softly. "what?" "You like him?" She blushed. "Awwwwwww!!!!!" She slapped my arm and told me to keep quiet.

I went into the kitchen hearing Jeffree Star singing on my phone, indicating that I am receiving a call. I picked up my phone and saw 'Restricted' on the caller I.D. "Hello?" I answered, pressing it up against my ear. "Hey Sweetie." My eyes went wide and I stood in complete disbelief. "D-Dad?!"
