That Was on Purpose ~ Andy Biersack *Completed

--Andy's POV--

Tessa was getting ready while I helped Michael with his homework. Colin was in his crib, playing absentmindedly with a stuffed monkey. "Tess! Are you almost ready?" I called. We'd pre-bought tickets to what was actually a kids movie, but Tess had wanted to see it and I knew the reward for a fun night out.

--Tessa's POV--

I hadn't done much fancy, but I always took awhile to get ready. A habit I got from Sammi on the tour, Andy liked to say. I raced down the stairs and into the living room. "You look nice." Andy said, smiling sweetly. I blushed and nodded in appreciation. "You ready to go?" He asked. "Yep! I'm gonna check on Colin real quick." I said, heading to Colin's crib.

--Andy's POV--

"Take care of your brother." I said to Michael. He nodded, pushing his dark hair from his eyes. "Andy!" Tessa called from Colin's room. "Yeah?" I called back. "Come in here!" I sighed and did a sarcastic eye roll to Michael, making him laugh. "What do you need hun?" I asked. Her hand was on Colin's forehead, and she looked concerned. "He feels warm. Can you get me the thermometer from the cereal closet?" She asked. I nodded and headed into the pantry.

--Tessa's POV--

"Thanks." I said, a hint of concern still in my voice. He returned a moment later and handed me the thermometer, looking surpisingly cool. I stuck the thin stick in Michael's ear and waited until it beeped.
"103!" I shouted. "He has a major fever..." I continued, quieter as I progressed. Michael didn't get sick often as a kid, so I wasn't really sure what to do. I thought for several minutes. "Andy, why don't you and Michael go, I need to stay home and watch his temperature. I'm taking him to doctor first thing tommorow." I said, biting my lip.

--Andy's POV--

I mentally sighed. I was looking forward to having a night out with Tessa, but like always, we never got to spend any time together. Don't get me wrong, I care about Colin and his health so much, but I really wanted to talk to Tessa a little. "Okay." I finally said. "You look gorgeous." I whispered in her ear, hugging her slightly. "Have fun." She said with a wry smile. "I will." I said.
