~Charlie~

"You're sure about this?" Andy asked, looking me in the eyes.
"You sure you're ready to be stuck with me?" I countered. He smiled at me and nodded. "So, one question?"
"yeah?"
"What new pack am I going to?" Ashley looked at me confused.
"You're staying with us."
"Why?"
"Because we like you. You're ours now." I smiled.
"Right! Let's do this." They all nodded and Ashley sat next to me on the bed.
"This will only hurt a bit, we'll keep you safe. I promise." I nodded and leaned back. Ashley sighed and a sharp pain like a bunch of shots shot through my whole chest. I gasped in pain. Some beeps when off and I heard some yelling before Ashley whispered,
"We'll get in trouble if we stay, you'll fall asleep soon. We'll be here when you wake up."
"Okay." I gasped though the pain.

~Ashley~

I screwed my eyes shut and slashed across her chest. She screamed and started to bleed. Her monitor started to go crazy and yells started coming from the hall.
"Ash, we need to go." Andy told me, grabbing my arm.
"But-"
"We'll come back when she starts her sleep. She'll be fine Buddy." I nodded and leaned in close to Charlie.
"We'll get in trouble if we stay, you'll fall asleep soon. We'll be here when you wake up."
"Okay." She gasped, tears leaked from her eyes.
'I'm sorry. It'll be over soon." I kissed her forehead and Andy grabbed my arm. We were on the second story, but that wasn't really a huge problem. We all jumped out and ran back to our frat house.
I kept pacing around in the living room until Jinxx finally jumped up and grabbed my arms.
"Dude, what are you doing? You're making us all sick!"
"Will she be okay?" Jinxx's eyes flashed in understanding. He'd just changed Sammy and understood the worry.
"She'll be fine. We just have to wait for the-" the phone rang. "That's them. Go answer." I nodded and ran over.
"Hello?"
"Is this Mr. Ashley Purdy?"
"Yes. Who's asking?"
"This is Saint Mundanes Hospital. Charlotte Faith has just passed, you were friends yes?"
"Um.. yeah. She is- was a great girl."
"Well her mother won't take the body to bury it. We'll need you to do it."
"We'll be right there. Thank you." I hung up the phone. "Okay, so how do they think she died?"
"The cuts will close, so she'll look like her body just failed out." I nodded and we turned to leave. Seeing her dead was a lot harder than I thought.
"Hey baby, it's okay, you're all better now." I told her sitting next to her.
'Oh, how sweet!" I turned to some nurse girl standing there.
"What?"
"Well Hun, she spent her whole life stuck in one spot, and now she'll be flying in heaven. It's sweet that you loved her. Depressing girl." I glared and held her hand to mine. It felt cold.
"Alright. Come on." I nodded and tucked the blanket around her to cover her completely. I picked her up bridal style and her head rolled onto my shoulder. Even knowing she'd come back to life I wanted to cry and her closer to me.
Of course I knew she would come back to life in about twelve hours.
