The hotel room had fallen completely dark and Andy was fast asleep on the bed. I sat on the lounge chair that was next to the window, gazing out into the night lights that now filled the streets. I had been sitting here for hours and hours, just trying not to think.

I was trying so hard to feel normal again; trying so hard to smile and laugh, but it never seemed to return. I had admitted the secret I held closest to me, and now all I felt was vulnerable.

I felt so weird…so lost. My mind was in chaos—more than it had ever been. The small room was deathly silent, except for the occasional soft snore that would emanate from the sleeping man on the bed.

I felt tears welling in my eyes and the lights in my vision became blurs. What’s going to happen now? That was all I could think about—I feared the future so much. I guess I thought if I stayed awake all night, tomorrow wouldn’t come—because it would still be today.

But tomorrow always comes…as sorrow always comes.

I lay my head back to rest on the back of the chair. My eyelids blinked away the water droplets, feeling increasingly heavy. I blinked a few times, each blink taking longer, until I couldn’t keep my eyes open any longer.

My eyes snapped open, alarmed at the warm touch I’d felt on my arm. A sleepy looking Andy was peering down at me. I shifted slightly and pulled myself up from the chair. My bones cracked and popped from a few places as I brought myself over to flop onto the bed on my stomach. Face buried in the pillow, I rolled onto my side so I could breathe.

Andy’s skinny jeans hung obscenely low on his waist, looking like they could slide completely off at any moment. I smiled at the sight of him. How many times I’d laid awake at night, refusing to sleep so I could listen to his voice.

“Good morning, hun.” Andy muttered as he ruffled his hair in the back, stretching soon after. His sleepy voice was extremely cute; I let out a soft giggle as the sound entered my ears.

“Morning.” All I could do was smile; it was honestly the weirdest feeling. He was beaming back at me.

I brought myself to my feet, walking over to meet Andy’s open arms. I nestled my head into his bare chest, inhaling his smell. Oh, how I loved his smell. It made me want to squeeze him as tight as I possibly could.

Keeping myself at bay, a funny thought came to my mind, soon leaving my lips. “So…you know what I just realized?”

“What?” He stared down at me, amused.
“You’ve seen me naked, but I haven’t seen you naked. I don’t think that’s quite fair…” My smile turned into a devious smirk.
“Is this your way of asking me to get naked? Because I can get naked right now…” a smirk forming, he fumbled with the top of his pants, moving to unbutton them.
“I’m not necessarily asking you to get naked, although I wouldn’t mind it, but it was just a statement-- that’s all.” His hands had successfully unbuttoned his pants and were now moving to his zipper.

What have I gotten myself into…Oh gosh.

“Answer me this: hypothetically, if I were to say…get naked…what would happen after I did?” His eyes were wild looking, a playful smirk running across his face.
“I don’t think that scenario is very hypothetical seeing how you’re undressing…” A smirk was plastered across my face, my words sounding a bit seductive.
“You didn’t answer the question though…” He pulled me into his arms; his left arm wrapped tightly around my waist, his right hand on my cheek. My arms slid up to wrap around his neck.

I looked deep into his eyes, “let’s just find out…”

Bringing myself onto my tippy toes, I was leaning up to kiss him. My pale lips a centimeter away from his, a knock on the door caused both of our heads to turn towards the direction the sound was coming from.

A bit stunned, Andy quickly zipped and buttoned his pants as I rushed to answer the door. I unlocked the door, slowly opening it to peek around it. I saw a bellhop standing before me with a cart full of delicious looking food.

“We didn’t order any food…” I was utterly confused at this point.
“It comes courtesy with the room, ma’am.”
“Aw, that’s awesome.” The boy didn’t look to be much older than me.

I fully opened the door, motioning him to come inside. He pushed the cart inside, stopping a few feet into the room. Andy pulled a 10 dollar bill from his wallet and handed it to the boy.

“Thank you very much, Sir. Enjoy your meal.” He winked at me as he left the room—I closed the door behind him.

I looked back to Andy who was starring down hungrily at the food.

“So…that guy just winked at me.” I laughed after the words left my mouth.
“I might just have to kick his ass now.” He smiled over at me.
“Aww, since when are you my protective boyfriend.” I said, sarcastically.
“Since now…” WHAT!?!
“Are you asking me to be your girlfriend?”

I saw a blush spread across his face as he shyly looked down at his feet.

“Awww, the wittle Andwy got all shy…” I talked in a cutsie voice, hugging him.

I ruled it to best if he didn't answer that question--for both our sake.

We scarfed down the delicious food, thankful of its arrival. I decided the best way to go about things is to carry out the plan I had for our days here.

I stood up and walked over to my bag to pick out the days clothes. It was only about 9:04 a.m. and according to my weather app, the day was supposed to be about 70 degrees.

I shuffled through my bag and pulled out some clothes to wear, Andy doing the same through his bag. I walked into the bathroom, throwing the clothes on the counter, that after rolling around on the floor last night—I needed to shower.

Before I could close the door, Andy burst through it. He was smirking at me and I knew something had to be up.

“Can I help you?” I cocked an eyebrow up.
“We never found out what happens…”
