The Fallen One

Lexi's POV: So it's been about a week now, and Ashley's avoiding me like the plague. I know I may have crossed a line, but every time I go to talk to him about it, he leaves the room or blocks me out. I honestly feel like shit about it, but at the same time...I just wanted to do something nice for him, since he's been the majority of my help since I arrived on Earth.
What's a girl to do? I know he enjoys sex. From what I've heard though, who doesn't. That's right. I died a virgin. Never had sex before. Wait, maybe that's it. Maybe he doesn't like girls who are so inexperienced.
I walk out into the living area of the tour bus, then sit on the sofa next to CC. I feel a blush creep up my cheeks as I think about what I'm about to ask him, but I'm sure he's heard worse. He is a Demon after all.
"No, Ashley doesn't not like you because you still have your V-card. He actually loves you and doesn't want to hurt you," CC tells me, before I have time to voice my question to him.
"How-"
"How did I do that?" CC asked, looking up from his video game, "I'm a Demon. Blame that, because believe it or not, we have some strange abilities. We can read minds, manipulate your thoughts and actions, and even the stereotypical, possess you. It kind of comes with the deal."
"That's too freaky," I whisper in shock.
"Which part? What I just told you or the Ashley thing?" he asked, looking back to his video game.
"You're the mind reader. You tell me," I counter, seeing if this is true, and thinking about what he just told me about Demon's. Things I never knew were even possible.
"Ah, so that freaked you out more then. I see," he tells me, after a moment of silence.
"You act so surprised," I notice.
"Yeah, well, I just told you the man who you Lusted for, for so long, which caused your Fall, loves you, and the part that freaks your ass out is that I can read your mind," CC explains.
"How did you know that?" I demand, my eyes wide.
"You were thinking about it that night you Fell right in to Andy's arms. Same thing happened to Juliet actually, only she Fell into Ash's arms," CC said, "Makes some sense when you think about it. It's kind of a Fallen Angel thing."
"A...Fallen Angel thing?" I ask, totally lost now.
"Yeah, to make a long story short, basically, when two Fallen's are friends, like Ash and Andy, the one who catches the newly Fallen will not really be drawn to the newly Fallen, but the other will. Ash caught Juliet, Andy fell in love with her. Andy caught you, Ash fell in love with you," CC explains, making my head spin with all this information. That's one feeling I didn't miss as an Angel.
Ashley's POV: I sigh, looking around the venue we're playing tonight, thinking about Lexi. I can't be around her. I know I want to, more than I want to breathe even, but I...I can't be. She's too much to handle right now.
Being that close to her that night, I realized so much. The way she smells of burning hickory, how amazing her skin feels against my own, so soft, like a gentle breeze on a mild summer day. How soft her long blonde hair was as it grazed my jaw, while her breath-taking lips trailed down my neck.
I feel something in the front of my jeans, and when I look down, there's a bulge. Great. Just the thought of her gives me a hard on.
I sigh again, then head back to the tour bus, hoping it will be empty and I can take care of my little...Well, actually pretty big, problem.
I am normally pretty selfish, but when it comes to Lexi, I can't be. Normally if a girl came on to me like that, and I was that attracted to her, I would have bent her over and fucked her as hard as I could, until she screamed my name to the Heavens, but with Lexi? I just couldn't bring myself to do that to her.
I think I'm falling for her...
Andy's POV: Ashley's certainly been off lately, and I just can't figure it out. What has gotten into him?
Normally he would be the life of the party, but for the last week or so, he's been closed in on himself. He won't talk to me, though I've tried a number of times. Honestly, he won't talk to anyone...May I could ask CC to keep an eye on his thoughts. Then again, if Ash found out, he'd put me 10 feet in the ground for snooping.
"Hey, baby!" I hear from behind me, all of a sudden, and when I look, I see Juliet.
I smile down at her, then pick her up, spinning her around in a huge bear hug. She's just the person I needed to talk to and see....If you know what I mean.
She seems to notice how off I am, because when I set her down, rather than seeing her smiling face, she's frowning up at me in confusion.
"What's wrong, Andy?" she asked, cupping my cheek in her hand.
I shake my head, signaling this isn't the time or the place to talk about something like this, then lead her back to the bus, where we can talk in private.
Once at the bus, we head inside and I first see CC playing a video game, and Lexi sits beside him watching. On closer examination, she's actually not watching the video game, but seems to be lost in thought.
Juliet looks confused for a moment, then I shake my head, and lead her to the back lounge. Once there, I tell her everything, and she looks at me in shock for a moment. Probably because I wouldn't talk to anyone but her, but I wouldn't do it over the phone or Skype either.
She sighs and says, "Andy, I think Ashley might be in love with this Lexi girl. He's treating her, kind of like you treated me, before we became what we are today."
"You really think that's all it is?" I ask, suddenly remembering that I used to run away from my feelings for her for a long time, before finally caving and asking her out. Maybe that's all this really is...
