CC's Pov
Time lapse 2 months Feb. 23 2015 * at the beach*

"I still object to taking you to the airport tonight."
Krista leans over and kisses me "..well i can make it a little easier..." and then she empty's the contents of her water bottle on him...

I instantly gasp as she pours it on me, "WOMAN!! That was cold..you are so dead."

Krista jumps up and grins, "LOVE YOU!!!! Gotta catch me first!" She then bolts...CC quickly follows suit and the chase is on.

Jake laughs at them, "seriously?"

Jinxx- slaps his arm and smiles, "oh hush Jake its cute."

Andy- smiles and nods in agreement, "yep Jake stop being a spoil sport!"

Ashley laughs,"and besides this is exactly how you are....wait...no worse with Ella."

Jake's mouth drops, "no i'm not!"

Jinxx/Andy/Ashley- "YESSSSSS you are!"

Jake rolls his eyes, "well yall can't talk Jinxx is the same with Sammi and yall are the same with each other and don't even try to denie it."

Andy rolls his eyes and smiles, "true but you don't hear us complaining."

Jake hits Andy's arm, "well yall are always together.

Jinxx shakes his head, "I'm away from Sammi about as much if not more than you are away
from Ella and Im not bitching."

Jake sticks out his tongue, "well your more mature than me."

"AHHHHHHH its so cold!!!!" The guys turn to see CC had dunked Krista into the freezing cold ocean...

Ashley laughs and nearly falls over, "she's gonna kill him.

Andy follows suit with Ash, "technically I think it's gonna end up being double homiscide
they're gonna kill each other."

Jinxx laughs, "y'all are so wrong."

I walk back over to the guys who are rolling on the sand laughing their asses off, "what's so funny?"

Andy looks back and forth at the guys and keeps laughing, "nothingggggg."

"Mmmhmmmm I so believe that."

Ashley giggles one last time before getting a straight face to ask, "hey CC so when's the wedding?"

I look at ever one my eyes bulging out, "hmmm????"

Andy/Jinxx/Jake laugh

Krista comes over dripping wet and drying with a towel, looks at CC and instantly gets confused, "who what when where?"

Andy laughs at her confusing and throws her a bone, "well Ashley asked when the wedding was.."

Krista blushes and looks at her wrist pretending theres a watch, "...ohhh man would you look at the time...its getting late I must be going..." And she pretends to walk away. The guys bust out laughing even more.

Ashley looks over at her, "what ever are we gonna do without you for a week?"

Krista smiles, "oh I'm sure you will find something to do."

Jinxx laughed, "yea like keeping CC from climbing the walls."

"Haha very funny..I'm not that bad. I blush and everyone laughs...

Jinxx looks at her, "well this is the trial run to see just how bad he's gonna be....remember we leave for 6 months starting in March.. I have a sneaky suspicion its not gonna be pretty."

CC/Krista- "yea dont remind me."

Jake gave a small smile, "yep its not gonna be pretty.."

Once I dropped Krista off at the airport I didn't really feel like going home so I went to Ashley and Andy's to kill time. About halfway through The Dark Knight Rises..I get a text letting me know that Krista safely arrived in Memphis.. *internal comment and the count
down begins 4 more days just 4 more days*
Krista's Pov

Meanwhile in Memphis
I had 2 business things to attend to...1 my bar located there which was just a check in to make sure things were still up to my standards and the other I would attend to later. After the check in with the bar was finished it was time to deal with the other matter...I walked over to my suitcase and unzipped it and removed a box and sat down on the bed with it in my hand I looked down at the box. Sighing I get up and go to the restroom and remove the test from the box and follows the instructions....I place the test on the counter and sit on the side of the tub with my head in my hands. The phone timer goes off and I lift my head and rise to my feet and walk to the counter. I look down at the test and it says PREGNANT 2-4 weeks....(oh shit!!) I mean CC was amazing but what if he wasn't ready for a kid?

Back in L.A. 4days later
CC's Pov

CC tells Ashley and Andy about how nervous he was with finally meeting Krista's teenage son Sebastian (whom had been away with his band *starting at zero* on a bar venue tour around the United States.)

" I mean I have talked to him on facetime and stuff we seem to get along but what if hes like your cool but i dont want you dating my mom."

Ash rubs his shoulder, "everything is gonna be fine CC I mean we've all facetimed with
him he seems like a good kid."

Andy nods, "yea I mean basically its Krista who should be nervous after all she'll have 2 kids to worry about now instead of just CC."

I throw a pillow at Andy, "haha you're so hilarious."

Andy laughs, "no but seriously you and her son should get along great i mean you're both drummers..."

"Well actually hes a multi-instrumentalist's."

Andy's eyes gets wide, "like Jinxx?"

"Yea like almost the whole band can switch places on stage cause they each taught the others to play each others instruments in case someone is sick or something. They all sing too and then 4 of the 5 play other instruments as well like Bash and Xerox play piano
and Jesse plays saxaphone Jamison plays the accordian and harmonica..."

Ashley looked confused, "what about the 5th member?"

"Oh ... yea.... Genesis doesnt play any instruments he just sings."

Andy now looked at him confused, "why did you say it like that?"

"Well I think in all honest Genesis isn't looking to make Starting at Zero famous he's looking to make Genesis famous...idk I just get this weird vibe from him in the couple of concerts I watched with Krista.."

Andy smiled, "hey aren't they doing a show here Saturday?"

"Yea at Tactical at 10 pm why?"

Andy nudges him, "maybe we should check em out."

Ashley nods in agreement, "hey that sounds like fun and then we can all meet Bash in person.."

Time Lapse location Tactical bar/grill 9:15 pm
CC, Krista, Jinxx, Sammi, Jake, Ella, Andy, and Ashley meet up with Sebastian(Bash), Leighton(Xerox), and the twins Jesse and Jamison.

Jake- "Is he still not here?"

Jamison- "nah but thats Genesis though always late."

Jesse- "but its "never his fault""

Bash- "is he freaking kidding look at the damn time!"

Xerox- "man can you say DIVA..."

Krista walks over to the boys, "guys its almost time."

Genesis- "IM HERE."

Starting at Zero took the stage and the handful of about 120 fans flocked to the stage area. The band began to play and the crowd was completely engaged. When it reached Bash's drum solo suddenly Genesis Decided to add in vocal runs and sing out the chours line of the song. Bash glanced at him confused but went with it as the crowd cheered. However about 3 songs in the pattern was noticeable anytime Genesis wasn't absolute center of attention he made himself center of attention.

Andy- "they're good."

Ashley- "i think they'd be better off without mr CENTER OF ATTENTION!"

Jake- "i second that"

Jinxx- "ya know with a little mentoring they could be Big successes."

Andy nods, "i agree."

Later that night the 2 bands were sittin in the back of the bar the guys found themselves completely engaged with the younger band. Seeing younger versions of themselves really hit home with the guys. Even Andy found himself giddy about the talent of the band but there was just one hang up. The lead singer was only looking out for himself.

Adam walks over fury in his eyes, "WHAT THE ABSOULTE FUCKING HELL!!!??" The boys cower in fear.

"Excuse me but who the hell are you?"

Adam- "Genesis is my son and I have reached my limit these loosers are the reason my son is not already a Mega star and having to drag these fools everywhere he goes!"

"Well if they're such a problem why dont you take your son and go."

Adam- "BOYS LETS GO NOW!!"

Andy walks in front of the boys, "no they're not going anywhere with you."

Adam- "the HELL they're NOT!"

Jinxx Jake CC and Ashley move to stand on either side of Andy forming a human wall between Adam and the boys.

Adam- "whatever their just dead weights lets go Genesis."

Xerox- "is it bad im relieved?"

Bash looked at his mom then BVB, "but what do we do now. Genesis may have be egotistical and all but he was our lead singer without a lead singer we are kind of s.o.l."

"Mmm I dont think so.....I've been thinking."

Ashley's eyes gets wide, "oh my stars cc are you ok...did you hurt yourself?"

Everyone laughs and I flip Ashley off. "No seriously we have been in the music industry for a long time and while I'm far from handing over the reigns to anyone else I was thinking maybe we should pay our success forward and find a young band to mentor and guide."

Ashley's mouth drops, "wow.. thats actually a really great idea."

Andy nods, "it really is.. i mean we had people take us in and help us out along the way so why not keep the idea close to home for our first attempt and mentor this band."

Ashley- "only if yall promise to change yalls name."

Bash- "band name change or not is not gonna solve the missing lead singer issue."

Jinxx- "but yall are all singers...right?"

Xerox- " Cautiously...yea...why"

Jinxx smiles, "well instead of having a lead singer why not divide and conquer the 4 of you take turns as lead. While the others do back up vocals."

Jamison- "hey that sounds like a freaking awesome idea."

Over the next few days lots of ideas were thrown around they finally settled on a name Kiss The Dead :) * TOATLLY STOLE THE NAME OF THE BAND FROM A BOOK TITLE SORRY WRITERS BLOCK* anyways... due to the chaos of the previous days Krista had yet to tell CC about her...well their news since today they were currently home alone except Bash. And the next day CC would be leaving for the dreaded 6 month tour...she decided she literally couldnt put it off any longer and told CC that she needed to talk to him he looks up from his email about the band and suddenly sees how worried, nervous, and scared
Krista is. Suddenly scared of what this conversation is about I cautiously asks what's wrong.

"Please don't be mad at me."

"Huh what are you talking about?"

"Promise me."

"Ok I promise I wont be mad now that you have offically scared the shit out of me whats wrong?"

Krista tries to laugh to shake it off and walks over to CC looks him in his eyes very seriously
and says... "I'm pregnant.."

I have no idea what to say my eyes bugs out my mouth drops, "are you serious?"

Krista keeps looking at his reaction trying to figure it out, "....yea im serious."

I couldn't help but smile sure I'm still in shock but I'm happy nonetheless, "and you thought i was gonna be mad?"

"Ummmm yea kinda."

I couldn't hold it in any longer I suddenly excitedly spazs out and pick krista up hugging her
tightly and kiss her.

"Ummm so you're not mad?"

"NO......scared slightly shitless check but definately not mad....like are you like for real for sure or are you just late like do I need to go buy a test or have you been to the dr yet?"

"I've been to the dr..." CC's face kinda falls. "BUT an ultra sound can actually confirm it Oa blood work. Not just an at home test like cause those can be wrong but they did a blood test/urine test and it's 100% positive that we are having a baby and they scheduled an ultrasound appointment for Monday."

"Can i come?"

"I was hoping you would"

"Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!!!!" I start jumping up and down again while Krista laughs, "...you're serious right?? like I can for real go with you??"

"Yes..." I start to jump up and down again. I pick Krista up and swing her around and then stops like omg i'm gonna shake the baby out of you.

"I'm gonna be a DAD!!!!!" And I smile the biggest smile possible.

Sebastian- "i thought you said you were gonna suprise him Monday at the ultrasound."

"Well i thought he might like go into shock or something so this way we had a couple days for him to blow up at me or cry or totally freak out."

I instantly stop dancing and my mouth drops, " wait..bash...you knew ??"

sebastian- " duh!! i currently outrank everyone...well until the little fluff ball is born.. haha."

"Thought we were boys... you couldnt clue me in?" I smile at him.

sebastain- "sorry" * walks over to krista* "it was us 2 vs the world first" *hugs his mom* "looks like our duo just became a quartet.." CC walks over and wraps one arm around krista and the other around Bash in family hug. **awww little family moment.**

Bash smiles, "ok enough with the mushy stuff. I've got to get to band practice.. you 3 stay out of trouble... i should be home around 12." He hugs his mom and congratulates CC one more time before doing the guy's version of a hug and leaving.
