Joana's P.O.V
I went to work and gave my 'boss' my dialogs. He took them and read. I was really stressed as his choice mean my career.. Okay, not my whole career, but with his approval I would have more chances in the future. A frown formed on his face and I got even more stressed. What if he didn't like it? After all I didn't work on it enough.. I spent too much time at the hospital with Onyx.. I bet he won't want it..
“Miss Myers?” I looked up at him and he frowned again..

“You did a pretty good job..” but? I bet there will be a but.. There always is! I discretely sighed, waiting for him to continue..
“I think you may write the second part.” I looked up at him again and smiled. He did too. That was fantastic! Marvelous! Wonderful! Hallelujah!
“T.. Thank you very much” I said, looking down. I signed the contract then we shook hands. I thanked him for the thousandth time before walking off.

I walk in the street happy as hell! I'm taken! Wohoo! I have to tell Onyx!

'Joana: They took meeeeee! What about you?'

I shoved my phone in my pocket but Onyx replied instantly.

'Onyx: I'm home. They let me go. I'm happy for you, we need to talk.'

I froze. What did she want to talk about? Is there a problem? Did I do something wrong? Again?
I sighed. I always do bad things.. I'm so stupid..

'Joana: What's wrong? What is it about?'

'Onyx: Don't worry, we'll talk when you get home.'

I replied with a okay, but I wasn't okay. I was scared of what she would say. So I took all my time to walk home. I felt my phone buzzing.. It was Jinxx.

'Jinxx: Hey Jo' How went your meeting? Got it?'

I smiled. Jinxx has always been like a big brother to me, sweet and caring. So when he started dating Onyx I couldn't be more happy for her! They used to be so in love, happy and all..

'Joana: Yes!!! They took me!! I'll be working with them! I'm so happy!'

'Jinxx: What did I tell you? I knew you add talent!'

I blushed a bit. Jinxx has always believed in me. Even when I was insecure about my family or with Andy. I hope he never knew about my crush.. But he was always there to give me some confidence! In the other hand, Andy never really cared for me. I was always annoying him and to be honest, I think he was avoiding me! But I could understand. I wasn't an interesting person, and certainly never will be.. So why did Jinxx always cared? Why did he keep on saying I could make it..?

I arrived home and went to the living room to find Onyx sleeping on the couch. I softly shook her and her eyes fluttered open. She smiled at me and sat straight. I sat next to him and sighed.
“What did you want to talk about?” she looked at me with a small smile.
“Andy..”
