Joana's P.O.V
I opened my eyes at someone shaking me. A steward? What? Oh yes! We're in our plane to L.A! Are we arrived yet? I looked down at the baby next to me and smiled, I didn't feel like waking her up, so I just shook her mother's shoulder.
“We're almost there.” I said, taking the coffee they just offered me. Yuk! This one was horrible! But I doubted I could have a normal day without my coffee..
The plane started to go down.. Guess we're arriving! I was so freaking excited! If we were here it was for me! It would make my career jump!

Later we had to wake Callie up. Onyx's daughter yawned and we walked out of the huge plane.
“Hello Los Angeles!” said my best friend and we followed the group to the airport.
“I hope we aren't there for nothing.. It's so hot here! I already miss England!” said Onyx and I smiled. Onyx was the kind of person who never hold a thing in her heart.. I wonder how she made a child that shy.. Me in the other hand, it depended on the people around. I could be shy or hyper. But most of the time I was quiet.. We walked out and my friend yelled at a taxi. We climbed in and Callie taped my hand and pointed at her mother
“Where are we going first?”
“Well, first our apartment, then I have to go to the editor and you guys can do whatever you want.”

“I really hope they will take you! You are such a good writer!” I smiled at the compliment and the taxi arrived to our new building. Me too, I really hoped I would be taken! Hollywood was my dream since.. well forever! And being able to write the dialog for an important movie was my biggest opportunity! I was so happy my friend accepted to come with me!
We used to live in L.A.. But it was like five or six years earlier. Things had changed, I would feel so lost in there all alone. Even in England I felt lost sometimes, so this huge town..
We paid for the taxi and walked to the huge building. I looked around, yes, things has changed!

“What are you thinking about?” I turned around to the purple haired and just smiled. This was the town of the past. The town of the time things were so different. When I wasn't shy and Onyx wasn't a mother..
“I was just thinking about the past..”
“You shouldn't. There are great chances for us to never go back to England.. There's no need of thinking about bad memories.” she gave me a warm smile and squeezed my shoulder. Yes, but I was thinking of the past before England..
“Hello. We are for our apartment. Name: Wild.” said my friend. I squatted in front of my 'niece' and caressed her hair. She was really cute girl, well, like her mother!
I stood up just when the man gave Onyx our keys..

Later I went to my new job -well, if they take me- and as their address seemed close, I decided to go for a walk. I walked and walked, my phone's G.P.S leading me. I put on some music, so that the way would seem shorter. It was a nice day! A new beginning..
“Oops!” I bumped into someone and fell on my ass.
“Sorry.. Are you okay?” I looked up to see Jinxx?! Onyx's ex boyfriend from back in the time when we lived in L.A..?! Oh God..
