I cut myself with knives and pens

I shot up, gasping for breathe. The doctors all turned to face me, gob smacked. Where was I? I was...in a hospital! I can sort of remember it now! I was in a car crash! THE CAR WENT FLYING! Oh my god! I'm alive! I quickly jumped to my feet, but collapsed immediately, causing six doctors to rush in, fast as lightening, to help me back onto my bed.
I lay in bed for what seemed like hours, just staring at the ceiling. Thinking. What was going of inside my head? I saw something, it was black and kind of blurry but definitely there. I tried to tell myself it was just in my head, but I couldn't even remember that night without seeing it there.
Suddenly Storm came charging into the room and tightly wrapped both arms around my neck. I felt her damp face touch mine, shed obviously been crying.
Next was Beth who held on for ages, without saying a word. She pulled back and covered my face with little playful kisses.
Finally, to my surprise, Emily bent down to give me a good squeeze.
"you've been missed" she tells me. I smiled and her cheeks burnt bright red.
Its amazing to finally be reunited with my best friends.....even Emily.
We had a quick catch up, been in a coma for 3 weeks!
"And the best news while you've been busy lying in bed" Beth laughs "Is that the Jury have decided your innocent and your free to go!" She jumps up and down with excitement and I feel like doing the same but my bodies not strong enough.
We were all having a nice laugh when I spot James at the door.
"Guys its been amazing seeing you but I want to speak to James alone, can you come back tomorrow?" I ask "Well I can come for an hour before work" Emily says
"I can come around lunch" Storm tells me
"I've got to take a visit into town....." Beth looked so full of guilt. It hurt though, my best friend wasn't going to visit me.
The girls left and James walked in. His face barely made a smirk. I had just come out of a coma which the doctors weren't sure whether I'd survive and he doesn't seemed bothered by it at all.
"Hey" He said blankly. We sat in awkwardness for a while. I was mad at him. Not because he got me into a coma, because he cheated on me. I know I had forgiven him and that but after seeing it over again in my head, it wouldn't leave.
"Rhian we need to talk" He eventually mumbles quietly, I nod my head "you've been in a coma for a few weeks and Ive been lonely" I knew where tis was going.
"You've cheated. Again." I say, lowering my head
He nods and I feel tears forming in my eyes.
"I'm sorry, I understand if you dont want to be with me" He says
"Your fucking right about that!"
