His usual tight back jeans, black combat boots, one long silver earring and a black American Horror Story shirt on. I looked to him, and felt the butterflies in my stomach. I can't believe he still has that effect on me after so many years. I felt a smile start to appear on my face. I didn't deserve him by a long shot.

I'm just a kick in the teeth, from a world that's painted gold.

GAH. I'm sorry, I didn't realize that when I published this chapter it cut some of it off for some reason. (I'm doing this all on my phone.) Also, a few questions. I'm really struggling with in what direction mood and tone wise to take this story. Suggestions are greatly appreciated! How do you guys feel about the relationship between Jayelle and Andy? What should I do more/less/some at all of here? Thanks yo, :p
