Mina's POV

"Wake up God damn it Mina!" I heard Sam shout at me as I groaned and slapped her hand as she began to reach for my ear buds, "You rip out my ear buds I rip out your lungs." I told her as I sniffed in and pushed her away from me, "Leave me alone." I told her as she sighed and walked over to the other side of my bed and sat down pulling the covers off of me, "What the hell!" I shouted as she looked at me trying to contain her laughter, "Wait why aren't you happy?" She asked me as I shook my head and bottled up my tears, "Why would I be happy? Isn't it obvious, Jinxx left me for Sammi, that wretched girlfriend he broke up with a million times." I told her as her eyes went wide, "What? He came and told me he wanted to talk to you, oh my god, he was going to tell you..." Samantha started as I felt a tear go down my cheek. "I heard the door open but I thought it was you checking up on me." I told her as she shook her head and engulfed me in a hug, I pushed the tears away and broke the hug staring at myself in the mirror as I shook me head and walked away not wanting to look at my expression or even think about doing thing, "I scared to get close and I hate being alone." I mumbled to myself as I looked at Sam with sad eyes. She stood up and walked over to me with a smalls smile, "Hey, grab your guitar and look decent, were going somewhere." She told me as I nodded slightly and got dressed, pushing myself to remove the makeup that had ran down my face last night and for the past four days. I forced a smile onto my lips as I saw my face in the mirror, I had just put on a new face of makeup and I was happy that I did, but it was more of a natural look, nothing major just in case I bursted out into tears again.

I grabbed my acoustic guitar and walked out to the car with Sam, I must have slept in pretty, wait no, really late because it was already five o'clock. I didn't dare to ask where Sam was taking me because I knew she would refuse to answer so that I couldn't freak out and attempt to get out of the car at a red light, like I had done so many times before. I sighed as she pulled up to the Siren, it was a bar where bands or people came to play, and I knew what she wanted me to do, I had loved singing since I was younger and since I was surrounded by musical people in my family I embraced my ability to sing and scream, I looked at Sam with an excited look on my face as for once I began to forget the longing and pain I felt for Jinxx. I went back stage and smiled at the manager, "Mina! I thought you might want to come tonight! We literally have no one so feel free to play for as long as you need." He told me as I smiled and nodded grabbing my guitar as he introduced me.

"Hey guys! Whats up! I'm Mina and I'll be starting out with my own song, its not titled yet, but lets just call it You Bastard!" I shouted as the crowd cheered me on, I began with strumming my guitar for a bit with different chords and different sounding ones too.

I finished the song with a smile on my face as I realized that Sam must have drove for five hours, which was enough to get us to the next warped tour destination, I smiled as the crowd roared and a familiar face entered the bar with a girl wrapped around his finger. I smirked and picked one of my favorite songs, Hold On Till May and began to sing closing my eyes every now an then so that I could calm myself down, even though his eyes were on me as well as the pair of eyes that his girlfriend owned. (You guys should know the lyrics to hold on till may)

A few songs later I waved to the crowd and then walked off the stage with a smile on my face as I put my headphones around my neck and walked over to Cult (her friend) with a smile on my face as I attempted to avoid the fact that Jinxx was here, She smiled at me and hugged me, "Jesus! I don't think I've ever heard you scream like that since, Brandon broke up with you..oh shit!" She exclaimed as she eyed Jinxx, She stood next to me with her arms folded as Andy walked over, "Hi.." I said to him as he engulfed me in a hug, "I'm so sorry for what Jinxx did to you. Would you mind talking to me real quick?" He asked me as I nodded and followed him out of the venue, "God, I'm so sorry, he's being an ass to all of us, and the day after we left Sammi tried to get him to ask her to marry him again. " He told me as tears filled my eyes, "How stupid was I?! I should have never even talked to him! I Should have been a good little sister and done what Ash wanted me to do!" I started as I walked back in and avoided the eyes of the guy I loved. But my eyes found his as he gave me a worried look and grabbed my arm, "Leave me alone! Your engaged!" I screamed as he grabbed my other arm too, "What? Who told you that?" he said to me as I tore my arm from his grasp, "Who the fuck do you think?! If you never loved me then why did you even try?!" I screamed as I grabbed my guitar case and ran out to the car putting the keys in the ignition. I stomped on the gas and drove as far away as I could, but I still made sure that I still had cell phone bars so that I could go get Sam. I stood out in a abandoned field and screamed, "GO TO HELL FOR HEAVENS SAKE!!!!!!!!" I screamed next wanting to go punch something, but instead I screamed some more as I felt someones hand on my shoulder, "Mina." The voice said as I turned around seeing a familiar cloudy blue eyed male, "What the hell do you want from me?!" I shouted as I stepped back stumbling as I then fell then getting back up as he reached out to me, "You left me for Sammi! Sam told me that!" I shouted as tears formed in my eyes and began to pour down my face, "I was just a distraction so that you could forget about her until you had to go to the next venue." I said through tears, he bent down to me as I fell backwards, "Did you even care?" I asked him as he answered, "Yes I did leave for Sammi, but I regretted it, the memories of the park came flooding back and I wanted to see you again, hear your voice." He began as I shook my head, "You weren't a distraction, I thought I was over her, but I was wrong, I do care Mina. I love you." He said to me as I got up and shook my head, "Then prove it." I said as I ran to the car and pulled the door opening it, and then slamming it shut as he ran to the car, "Mina! Don't do this!" I buckled up and then stomped on the gas back towards the bar, picking up Sam, "Maybe I should drive." She told me as I nodded and switched seats with her.

We drove to the house as I got out crossing my arms as I looked at her, "He really does love you. Thats why he came after you Mina." She told me as I shook my head, "I told him to prove it, I want proof, I know its stupid but I just don't know anymore." I told her as I sighed and returned to my room and plugged in my headphones into my phone I tapped on my playlist titled, My People and put the thing on shuffle as I shut my eyes and drifted off to sleep.
