Fallen Angels
Today is the day.
om?” I asked. I wanted to ask her a serious question but she always said no or you can’t because of blah blah blah.
“Yes Dear?” She said maybe today will be the day.
“I want to meet him” I said hoping she would understand.
“Meet who? She asked she didn’t get it.
“Him..Andy..My brother” I said to her pointing at a picture that I had. I carried it around with me just so that way I know what he looks like. I never met my brother Andy Biersack. But I’m guessing all of you know him. He is the lead singer of the band Black Veil Brides. Also known as BVB and all that. I did meet him once but that was a long time ago to the point where I can’t remember him at all. My mom and dad told me about him and how he is living the dream of being a rockstar. So I never questioned not meeting him because I am pretty sure he has a crazy schedule.
“Oh well I’m pretty sure he has nothing going on right now. But that also doesn’t mean that we can. I’ll call him and see if he is busy and if he isn’t well then we’ll visit him but we have to talk to your father.” She said. My dad was a pretty understanding person about this whole thing. He was most likely going to say yes and that we are going to take a little family vacation to see Andy. Well his full name is Andrew but it feels weird calling him by that when my parents always refer him as Andy.
“Okay” I said. I rushed off to the study to talk to my dad about it that way my mom could just call and ask. I knocked on the door.
“Come in” my father said I opened the door “so what did your mother say?” He asked like he could read my mind about the whole thing.
“She said that she would call him only if you said yes” I said trying to sum up what my mom said.
“Well then” he said as he got up from his chair and went out to the living room to where my mom was.
“Ah I see that she came and got you” my mother said. “I’ll make the call” she finished.
“Castielle that means you have to be quite its going to be a surprise when we get to the airport in L.A.” my father said I knew from the start that if I was going to meet him that I would have to be quite or sent to my room while they talked on the phone.
My mother dialed the number quickly, I didn’t memorize it. She put it on speaker phone and it rang twice before he answered. “Hey mom what’s up?” Andy said over the phone is voice was really deep, I mean who has a voice that deep. “Well your father and I were wondering if you were busy at all because we wanted to see you and we also have a bit of a surprise” she said to him. I wondered if he was busy and it would so suck if he was. “Nope nothing really planned for the next few weeks” he said “and what’s the surprise?” He asked did he not know the meaning of surprise?
“A surprise is a surprise” my father said and then he left for his study I wanted to follow him but I didn’t I wanted to listen to my mom’s and Andy’s conversation.
“Well okay so what day are you guys planning to get her?” He asked I wanted to say some thing but remembered that I had to be quite.
“How about tomorrow?” My mom asked him.
“Tomorrow okay” he said I heard some one in the background wait no make that two people.
“Okay then by dear see you tomorrow” she said.
“Okay bye mom see you tomorrow” he said as she hung up the phone.
“Oh my god I get to see him my brother mom your the best” I said jumping up and down and hugging her.
“Well you better pack now because we are going to leave whenever your father booked the flight” she said and as she said that I ran to the study to ask my dad if he booked the flight then I looked at his desk there were tickets on his desk. Three plane tickets to L.A.
“Wait does he already know?” I asked my dad he shook his head.
“We booked these a little while ago we just waited till you asked since we thought it felt like it was time.” He said I hugged him
“Thank you daddy” I said to him as I left the study to pack they were probably already packed up and every thing.
I was in my room at this point getting my backpack,suit case, and duffle bag. I got all my band t-shirts and converse shoes. I looked at the picture of Andy then looked at me in the mirror we had the same piercing blue eyes, and dark black hair although I died mine and I was pretty sure that he also died his I also had a pink streak to go with my black hair because I thought it looked cool. I set the picture in my backpack along with a few note books and pens I also put some girlie supplies in there and a few pencils for me to draw or write on the plane. I grabbed all of my skinny jeans and shorts that I had. Most of my jeans had holes in them but I didn’t care I was visiting my brother. I put all the clothes in to my duffle bag once I ran out of room because I had a few pairs of shoes in there also. I put the rest of my clothes into my suit case I left the clothes that I didn’t like. I had a few dresses that had flowers but I never wore them mostly because they were rather hideous. Since there was still room in the suit case I put in a few other pairs of tennis shoes that I had. I went to my bathroom that was adjacent to my room and got all my makeup and put it in the backpack I had a makeup bag but it was small enough to fit in my backpack I didn’t want to carry alot of bags so my carry on was my back pack. Once I finished packing I looked around to see if I missed any thing I forgot Buffy. I didn’t know who gave me Buffy but I know that I had him for a while. He is my stuffed Halloween bear. I had him for a while well ever sender I was a baby. But some how I remember some one saying take care of him. But I don’t know who. So that what I did I have been taking very good care of him.
I put Buffy in the backpack since I could put a few other thing in there but I didn’t. I went down stairs to see what my parents were doing. My mother was cooking dinner while my father was sitting on the couch watching T.V. “so you finally done you can help set the table” my mother said from the kitchen. And that’s what I did I grabbed three plates and three forks and knives. And placed them at the table. Dinner was now ready and my mother brought it in.
“So are you all finished packing?” My dad asked. I nodded my head.
“Are you positive that you didn’t forget any thing I thought really hard my phone was charging my iPod was also on its dock. I decided to wait till tomorrow till I packed all if those.
“Yup” I said with a smile I couldn’t wait for tomorrow to finally meet my brother. Most importantly I was probably going to meet BVB. I loved there music. I had everything by them even the EPs. But I also loved blink 182 sleeping with sirens and a whole bunch of other bands. I really only listened to BVB when I was sad it just really wanted to meet Andy. I thought of this nice sweet person when I thought about him.
“Well then good cause we leave this house at ten A.M sharp. That means you have to be up and ready by nine forty-five” my dad said. That meant I needed to up really early. If I wanted to take a shower and pack my phone its charger, iPod and dock.
“Okay” I said as I finished my dinner. I then left for my room after desert to brush my teeth. I can’t believe I was visiting my brother tomorrow. I would probably leave before my birthday though. Oh and did I forget to mention that on the twenty first of this month it shall be my eighteenth birthday. I’m still a junior though I got held back a year in elementary school because the school thought that it would be a good idea. I went to bed that night thinking of how tomorrow was going to go I already picked out my out fit and took a shower that way I wouldn’t have to when I got up. I could just get ready. I feel asleep dreaming about what the day would be filled with.
