Chapter Six
VIV’S P.O.V
After CC comes back from the Hotel with his bags, I give him a tour of the apartment. I show him the kitchen and the laundry, the bathroom and the toilet, and last the music room.
"This used to be an office, but I turned it into a music room" I explain.
His eyes light up and he dances around the room like a kid on Christmas day.
"Wow!" he says "wow, wow, wow, wow, WOW!"
He sits down on my stool and lifts the lid off my piano. He points at the keys
"Play something"
"Well smartie, I would if I could but you bum is currently occupying all the space" I point out.
He jumps up and lets me have the stool. I stretch my long fingers over the white and black keys and play a song. I finish and he claps.
"Can you guess what song it was?"
He thinks for a moment
"Was it a cover of ‘Children Surrender?"
"Correct!" I whoop.
He wanders over to my violin case and unlatches it to reveal one of my violins.
“Whoa" he breathes. "This is some pretty cool shit"
"It’s one of Jinxx’s old ones" I explain.
His eyes literally pop out of his head
"Jinxx gave that to you?!" he repeats.
I nod

He spies my old drum kit in the corner of the room and points to it
"Do you wanna hear a song?" He asks. (A/N “Do you wanna build a snowman” hehehe (^O^)
Not waiting for a reply, he sits down on a stool and picks up some drumsticks
"Okay" he says to himself. Then he starts.
It’s like and earthquake and a thunderstorm combined all at once, but then, he relaxes and gets into the beat.
I stand there in awe; he is amazing; he truly is the drum god. It’s the best drumming I have ever heard, and what’s more, his eyes are closed. Is he making this up? No, he can’t be, it’s too good to be made up on the spot. I think to myself.
He stops, panting a little bit. He sees my face and looks a little taken aback.
"Was it that bad, I knew I did the beat wrong halfway through the song?"
He looked a little disgusted with himself
"N-no! Not at all! It was A-MAZE-ING!"
"Really did you like it?"
He looks up at me and smiles, teeth and all, a hopeful expression on his face. I scoff
"Yea, really! Did you make it up?"
He shrugs
"Bits and pieces of it"
"Wow"
