CC's P.O.V
What could possibly be the bad news? Why? Wasn't it hard enough to see death so close? I sighed, waiting for the doctor to talk..
“You may not be able to walk again..” I froze again.. What?
“WHAAAT? But.. Why?” the doctor looked down and sighed.
“You body has been crashed a lot, your spine may have been broken has well.. You're lucky to be alive and still have your arms working.. But we cannot swear anything about your legs..” I sighed heavily.. He kept on saying I was lucky. I kept on thinking about Tori.. How would I raise a child in a damn wheelchair?!

“Hey C! He said maybe right? Let's hold on this hope okay?” I nodded at Andy who tried to cheer me up.. I smiled a little. But it faded quickly.. How would Tori react? And what about Veronica? Wait! Why did I care about Veronica's reaction? She didn't love me for fuck sake! I sighed again. Andy was right. And I would do my best to be able to walk again.. I would make it!

Two weeks later, still CC's P.O.V
And I did it. Even the doctor were amazed! They said it was barely possible.. But it happened! I was walking again! Not perfectly, I still needed some exercise but I was walking anyway! And walking meant going home! It has been two whole weeks since I last see my baby girl.. I saw Rebie a few times but not Tori. And I missed her like hell! So I was happy and excited! But also a bit stressed, Tori was my first child and I didn't know how she would react to my absence! I sighed, as I dressed myself for the first time in two long weeks.. Yes, dressed, I don't consider hospital's clothes as clothes! I looked at my reflexion in the mirror.. My bruises and cuts.. The doctors were right. It was a real miracle for me to even be alive. Even more to walk and be well! I sighed, thinking about how much I wanted to die not long ago...

A faint knock dragged me back to reality. Andy's head popped in.
“C? Ready? Let's go.. Rebie told Tori there was a surprise coming and she's extremely excited!” I smiled at the idea of my daughter jumping up and down in the house.. Yes, I was ready.

Arrived, Andy took my things as Ash helped me out of the car. We walked in and I was happily welcomed..
“DADDYYYYYYYY!” she jumped on mi. Literally. Then hugged me, pecking my face over and over. I Smiled, holding her little body against me.
“You're back! I'm so happy! I thought you left like mommy!..” I froze..

Filler alert! Again a super short chapter, I want to update as much as I can, plus this is a little happier.. No? Booo! Don't worry this will end up right! :D
