Daddy's Little Girl

Andy's P.O.V

I just wanted to see Christina and Aurora so bad...they're my life and I can't stand being without them. I smiled when I saw my wife walking towards me, I hugged her and kissed her life if there's no tomorrow.
"I'm glad you're finally out", I said.
She smiled, "Me too...where's our daughter"
"There", I said as I pointed at the nurse who had Aurora in her arms.
"My baby girl", she said as she walked towards the nurse and grabbed her.
"It's time to go back home", I said as I wrapped my arms around my wife.
"The baby is healthy and her reactions are normal", the nurse said.
"Thanks", I said.
"See you", she said as she winked and walked away.
Christina turned to look at me and then she walked away.
"Honey?", I said as I followed her.
We got to the parking lot and she was placing our baby in the carseat.
"Are you okay?", I asked as I hold her waist.
"Don't touch me...", she said as she faced me.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing, I just don't want you to touch me"
"Why not?"
"She was flirting with you!"
I rolled my eyes, "Totally, not interested"
"Yeah, right..."
"Honey, when you're going to understand there's no other girl in my world but you...you're the girl I fell in love with, I left Juliet for you, you're the girl I married and had a kid with and I wouldn't change a thing"
She smiled and hugged me, "I'm so sorry, honey"
"It's okay", I said as I grabbed her hands. "You have all right to be jealous, my love"
"I'm a terrible wife"
I shook my head, "No, you're not...You're a wonderful wife and mother"
"I love you with all my heart, Andy and I'll never get sick of telling you how much I do"
"I love you more, you and our baby girl", I said.
She kissed me, "I should learn to handle my jealousy"
I shook my head, "You're perfect and now let's go home, because I'm dying to cuddle with my wife"
She smiled, "And I'm dying to cuddle with my husband"
"Let's go"
~TIME LAPSE~
Once we arrived home, I went to leave Aurora to her room, since she fell asleep. Christina was downstairs setting everything up so we could watch a movie. I placed my baby in her crib and kissed her forehead.
"You look just like your mom", I whispered. "And I'm glad I have you back in my arms"
She smirked in her sleep.
I smiled and got out the room and went to join my wife downstairs. When I got to living room she wasn't there, I frowned and walked towards the kitchen where she was looking out the window and sighing. I walked towards her and hugged her from behind, she started to wipe her eyes and took a deep breath.
"You were crying?", I asked as I made her face me.
She shook her head and tried to walk passed me.
"Honey, what's wrong? Please, tell me..."
"I'm fine, just leave me alone", she said as she walked out.
She's been acting weird...she's happy, and then she’s sad and it worries me. I don't know what to do, or maybe she needs to hang out with her friends, I don't know. I got out the kitchen, went up the stairs and into our bedroom, where she was crying.
"My love?", I asked as I got in.
"Andy, leave me alone"
"No...", I said as I got in bed with her and wrapped my arms around her. "Honey, what's wrong?"
"Nothing"
"Why I feel trust is what we lack in this relationship"
"I don't want to lose you, Andy"
"What you mean?"
She grabbed her phone from the nightstand and handed it to me, "Read that"
"What's this?"
"Angie carrying out her threats"

Angie: Almost close to death, Christina? Well, I think you should be careful and look after your daughter and Andy...see you soon, bitch

"Hell no", I said.
"I think I should leave"
"You're not going anywhere"
"I'm afraid...if Juliet shot at me, imagine what she can do"
"She's going to jail, if she dares...she knows I'm not scared of her threats and shouldn't show fear, neither because from now and on, I'm going to take better care of you and Aurora"
She sighed and kissed my cheek, "I can't stand it"
"Don't worry, sweetheart"
Angie knows that if she messes with Christina and my daughter, she's messing with me and if she doesn't stops her little game, she'll truly know me. I had never hit a girl and I'm not going to start know, because my mom taught me better than that but I know how to use my fist when I need it. I'm going to buy security cams, change the locks, constantly checking the car's breaks...if she wants to play, we're going to play but my family's security is first. As I was starting to play with my wife's hair, a loud cry reached my ears.
"I'll go for her", I said as I got out of bed and walked towards the nursery. I walked towards the crib and reached for my daughter. "What's wrong with daddy's little girl?"
She whined and rubbed her eyes. I reached for her gloves, since I don't want her to get hurt and we haven't cut her nails. She started to mess with my hair and I kissed her lips...I've been doing that since she was born.
"Is there love for me yet?", my wife said as she walked in.
"Lots", I said as I leaned down to kiss her.
She smiled, "What's wrong with my princess?"
"She's not hungry, she's not grumpy...I really don't know what's wrong since she's like her mother"
"Andrew!", she said as she punched my arm.
I chuckled, "I'm just kidding"
"It wasn't funny"
"Yes, it was"
"No, it wasn't"
"Yes, it was"
She rolled her eyes and took Aurora from my arms, "And yes, she's like me".
I chuckled, "I know and I guess the only thing she got from me are my eyes"
"She got more than that, Andy"
"I know, baby"
"What about if we watch a movie with our daughter?"
"Batman", I said.
She chuckled, "I knew you were going to say that"
We walked towards our bedroom, I looked for the movie and placed it on the DVD. There's nothing that beats this, cuddling with my wife and my daughter. I love them both so much and having them in my arms makes me feel alive. They're my life and if I had lose Christina or Aurora in that accident...I will had kill myself, I swear.
Aurora started to whine.
"What's wrong, with daddy's princess?", I asked as I grabbed her and placed her in my chest.
I got gurgles in return.
My wife chuckled, "She just wanted to be with daddy"
I smiled, "You love daddy, right baby?"
"Yes, she does..."
~TIME LAPSE~
My wife and my daughter fell asleep...I smiled as I kissed Christina's forehead and took my baby to her crib. I smiled down at her...she's beautiful, just like her mother. I went back to my bedroom and my phone rang. I grabbed it and saw a new text from mom.

Mom: How's your family, son?
Me: We're great, mom...
Mom: When are you guys joining us for lunch?
Me: Is it okay if we go next week?
Mom: I'll be waiting for you, I'm just dying to see my granddaughter

Mom had been more than just happy since Aurora was born...she's been dying to have grandchildren and she thought it was going to be impossible since I'm only soon and I have a career to take care of, but I also wanted to be father but I needed time to find the right girl. I got in bed with my wife and decided I'll take a nap too.
~TIME LAPSE~
My wife and I thought it'll be a good thing to take a walk and we took the baby monitor with us. I grabbed her hand and kissed it.
She smiled and kissed my cheek, "You know something? I never thought we'll end up together"
"Why?"
"I thought you were in love with Juliet, plus you were mad with me when you found out the truth so I lost all hope"
I hugged her, "Honey, I wasn't mad...I just wanted you to trust me, like I trusted you with my decision of proposing to Juliet"
"Let's go home"
I hold her back, "I know you don't want me to mention it or anything but I'm glad I didn't marry her because I'm happy next to you"
"You are?"
"Since, I have you in arms..."
She smiled and kissed me, "Let's go to see our daughter"
I nodded as we started to walk. Once we got to the doorway, the door was opened...I frowned as I looked at my wife.
"You left the door open?"
She shook her head.
We walked in and the living room was a total disaster...the pictures of our wedding, Aurora and my parents were ripped, the tv and the lamps were broken. I just couldn't believe all this...
"What's all this?", I said.
"Aurora...", Christie said as she went up the stairs. I followed her since I don't know if there's someone upstairs. When I got in our room and walked towards the nursery, my wife was on her knees crying and with a note in her arms.
"Honey, where's our daughter?"
"S-she took her", she said between tears.

I got in my knees, hugged her and grabbed the note, which read:
If you want to see your daughter again, you know what to and don't even dare to call the police because this little creature can die -AMS

"Who you think it is?", I asked.
"It's Angie!", she said as she stood up.
"We're calling the police", I said.
"No..."
"Honey, we have to...let's save our daughter"
She hugged me and cried to my chest as I got my phone and dialed 9-1-1. I reported Aurora as missed and they said they needed to 72 hours to start moving and when I told him she's just 2 months with 3 days they said they were going to move. I gave them Angie's address and we supposed to go to the delegation and wait there until they bring Aurora back to our arms.
~TIME LAPSE~
We were nervous, since Aurora wasn't here yet...The doctor from the delegation walked towards us.
"Aurora's Biersack parents?", she asked.
I stood up, "Yes?"
"Your daughter ingested poison"
"What?!", Christina and I asked in unison.
"But she's fine, we got to clean her stomach"
My wife broke into tears and hugged me, "My daughter..."
"Calm down, sweetie...everything's fine"
"It won't be fine until I have our daughter safe and sound in my arms"
"I know", I said as I kissed the top of her head.
We were a great amount of time seated there, waiting...I sighed as I grabbed my wife's hand. I know she's worried and hearing that Angie gave poison to our daughter just made us feel awful! I hate all this...she can mess with me, but not with my daughter. No one messes with my family...and by no one, I mean no one!
"What's taking them so long?", she asked.
"My love, take a deep breath..."
She sighed, "If I could..."
"Don't worry, everything's fine"
"Not to me, Andrew"
"Where's my granddaughter?", mom asked as she walked towards us.
"Amy, calm down", dad said.
"Where is she?"
"They're still checking her vitals", I said.
Being seated here without knowing a thing about my baby is horrible...but from now and on, I'm being more than just overprotective.
