It's not over.

"Alice are you okay?!" Rose screamed. The raven haired woman had fainted out of no where when Juliet answered her phone. It was strange. Juliet just said it was her boyfriend...Andy. 'SHIT' Rose thought. Andy was the name of Alice's boyfriend before her..."accident." It couldn't be the same Andy. Could it?

"Okay. Love you too babe. Bye." Juliet clicked the end button on her phone and began walking back to Rose and Alice.
"Hey sorry about that guys, he just didn't know where I-" Juliet dropped her sentence when she saw that Alice had fainted.
"HOLY SHIT IS SHE OKAY?!" Was the only thing she could think to say. How cliche that was. 'idiot' Juliet thought to herself.
"Yeah I think she's okay." Rose started waving a hand in front of Alice's face in hopes to get her to snap awake.


Visions of Andy started dancing through Alice's mind. Everything that happened. They're first kiss, when they went to prom together, the apartment, everything up until her "accident." The memory played itself out vividly.
~Flashback~
Alice played with the hem of her shirt nervously. 'What if this doesn't work? What if he realizes that I'm fine? What if he stays?' These questions danced through her mind over and over. She hated hurting him like this but she had no other choice. Besides, Ashley would help her get through it, they were like brother and sister after all.
That's when she heard the footsteps of the playboy bass player that she had come to love like family creep up behind her.
"How ya' feeling?"
"Ash...what if this doesn't work?" She slurred out under her breath.
"It'll be fine princess." He said, holding her shaky hands.
She smiled shyly, Ash always knew what to say. She wrapped her arms around him, trapping him in a hug.
He pulled himself back away from her after a minute.
"Okay he should be here any second. You remember the plan?"
The raven haired girl nodded and walked away to makes sure everything was set. She hated herself for doing this to Andy. He loved her so much. But she knew she was holding him back from his career. He needed to move on without her. It wasn't fair to him. No matter what choice she made it wasn't going to be fair. She checked over everything one more time. It was perfect. Which she knew it would be, but she couldn't help herself.
Right as the girl was about to sit down, she heard her loving boyfriend walk in the door. The second she saw him she burst into tears. God she hated this. Andy ran over to her, his icy orbs filled with concern.
"Babe are you okay? What happened?! Who hurt you?!" He gushed.
She sighed and took a deep breathe, trying to calm her nerves.
"I-I'm okay. I'm sorry. I don't know what's wrong. I'm just gonna go shower okay?" She sobbed lightly.
"Okay. Don't take to long my love." He breathed as he kissed her head. This just made another sob break over her. She didn't want to do this. 'But it's for the best.' She told herself angrily. She spun on her heel and began the decent down the hallway, which seemed to take an eternity. She turned sharply into the bathroom like planned and forced herself to slip on the rug. Crashing down she slammed her head harshly into the floor. It hurt like a bitch. Right as her face smacked into the ceramic flooring she made sure to scream bloody-murder. And force herself to black out.

Andy came bounding down the hallway as fast as he could the second he heard her scream. He shakily but harshly yanked her up to him.
"ALICE. ALICE CAN YOU HEAR ME?!"
She didn't answer. That's when he felt a warm liquid on his hands. She was bleeding. He set her back down and tried to run into the kitchen to get his phone but something tripped him on the way. The universe went black.

Ashley stepped around Andy's fallen form and got Alice up as quickly and carefully as he could manage. She came too fairly fast but was very groggy. He rushed her along and picked up her baggage before throwing everything into his car and driving her away.

After he had hugged her goodbye one last time and told her to take care of his cousin Rose again, for the seventh time in the past five minutes, he backed out of the car space and told her it would be okay. Alice rushed back inside to finish unpacking and watched Ashley speed back down the street to her-Andy's apartment. She hated herself with every growing minute.
