Look Up To Me

"Ryley! Wake up!" My mom shouted at me as I woke up with a sleepy expression on my face, "Wh..at?" I said rubbing my eyes regardless of my makeup. My mom smiled at me and pulled me in for a hug, "Are you ready to meet Ash?" She asked me, I shook my head, "No, I'm not, but yes maybe." I said changing my mind as we got up and pushed ourselves out of the plane, I smiled and relaxed as we walked further away from the metal contraption. I sat down as I waited for my Mom, I knew that shew would have already figured out that I was out of the plane seeing that I hated them since I was very young. I checked my phone, no wifi here, how in the world was I supposed to contact my friends about my travels? Oh wait, it was supposed to be a secret for a little bit longer, until Ash got off tour. I sighed and stuffed the phone back into the pocket of my Black Veil Brides jacket. I looked down at my lap, playing with my chipped nail polish that I hadn't bothered to fix. I heard the pit patter of some one running towards me on the hard carpet, I looked up at my Mom as she put her hands on her knees and breathed out, "Dang, you really don't like planes huh Ry?" She said with a slight laugh. I nodded and got up, "Can we go to the hotel now?" I asked yawning as my Mom smiled and put her arm around my shoulders, "Yes now lets go to the car." I nodded and walked with her out of the airport, it was still sunny in LA and it was rather warm, more warm then Missouri, but it was cold there almost all the time.


I sighed as I climbed into the car and laid my head back on the head rest, looking at my Mom as she began to drive. I fell asleep almost right after my Mom began to drive, I tried to stay awake but my eyes kept trying to shut, so I just gave up.


A tap tap tap was placed on my shoulders as we got to the hotel, we must have parked because the car stopped moving, I opened my eyes slowly and sat up seeing that I was actually energized and ready for the morning, but I wanted to meet Ashley now, I sighed and looked over at my Mom, "Well you ready to get a good nights sleep?" she said to me ruffling my hair, and receiving a nod from me as we both got out and walked to check in, which suprisingly didn't take that long. And soon enough I was in the comfortable bed fast asleep.
