It had been a week since Sapphire and Tori had joined the guys in their band The Lost Souls and they had come up with a plan for an album and are currently trying to write some songs for it and so far it's going reasonably well. Tori was extremely excited today because it was going to be a pretty laid back day at the studio and her sister was stopping by to see her and then go out for drinks later on that evening.

Sapphire and Tori had both gone to the studio early again with Sapphires dad. Getting into the building they saw CC, Andy and Jinxx waiting for Jake and Ashley. Tori waved at them and getting a wave from them all back and a wink from CC causing her to blush. She had also noticed that as soon as Andy had seen Sapphire he looked down at the floor his facial expression filled with hurt and possibly a hint of anger. Sapphire just carried on walking towards the room we were in today, and didn’t stop and chat to the guys. Tori knew there was something wrong but she just wasn’t sure what it was.

“Hey Tori, how are you this morning?” CC beamed “I’m good, how are you guys?” She smiled. “We’re good” they all basically said at the same time causing them to laugh slightly. Tori couldnt help but look at CC the whole time she had a slight crush on CC but she knew nothing would ever come of it. Jinxx broke Tori’s train of thought “Is Sapphire okay, she seemed a little agitated when she came in just now.” Tori frowned slightly now realising she wasn’t the one who had noticed her best friends odd behaviour. “Um to be honest I’m not sure she hasn’t said a lot this morning, she’s been like that since yesterday afternoon when she picked up Echo from school.” Then suddenly it dawned on Tori “Echo may still be getting bullied so it could have something to do with that I know she is very protective of her, so if Echo mentioned something to her when she picked her up yesterday then that is what most likely pissed her off.” Tori looked for a response from them but they all just had slightly angered expressions on their faces especially Andy well actually he looked furious and then suddenly he spoke up “Tori do you know when her lunch hour is?” Tori was a little taken aback by his odd question “quarter past twelve I think, why?” Still a little confused on why he wanted to know “Oh no reason, just wondering.” Tori could see that he was lying and so could the others but everyone just kept quiet, there was an awkward silence and they all decided that they better get started on work. All the guys started to leave and Tori started to walk away too but was suddenly gently pulled back by CC. “Uh CC what is it? She asked a little nervously but she noticed he also looked a little nervous but she couldn’t help but wonder why? “Umm... I-I was wondering if at lunch you wanted to go and get some coffee with me or something?” Tori was surprised to say the least she didn’t even think he payed any attention to her and now he was asking to go and have coffee with her? Tori couldnt help but smile “Umm yeah sure CC, I would like that” Tori noticed that his eyes lightened with joy and she couldn’t help but smile once again at him.”Great! Oh and would it be alright if I had your number?” He asked a little hesitantly unsure of her response.”Yeah sure, here” They both exchanged numbers before going their separate ways.

Tori had found Sapphire in one of the rooms on her own and she was quietly strumming a guitar. The guys obviously hadn't got in yet but she and Sapphire were kinda early so that gave her a little time to talk to Sapphire about why she was acting weird. “Hey Saph is everything okay? You’ve been acting a little odd since yesterday.” Sapphire looked at her best friend and then looked away sadly she didn’t say anything cause she was too afraid she would break down and cry and Sapphire hated crying she wasn’t one for showing her emotions but she could never hide the fact that she was upset or angry from Tori. “Is this about Echo? Is she still getting bullied?” Sapphire just nodded she didn’t say anything and she still wouldn’t look at her best friend. “You blame yourself don’t you for not being there for her and being here instead of trying to protect her?” Sapphire’s head shot straight up and she looked at Tori shocked. How did she know? Sapphire thought for a minute before saying anything. “How did you know?” she said quietly. “Sapphire, I’ve practically known you my whole life I know how you think.” Tori smirked at her best friend earning a small smile from her. “She’ll be okay, I have feeling she may not have to worry about the bullies for much longer” Tori said blankly not wanting to give away what she meant. “Care to explain?” asked Sapphire “um no not really” Tori laughed and Sapphire just shook her head and smiled slightly at her odd friend. “Okay then, oh and when is Mackenzie arriving?” Tori’s face lit up at the mention of her sister. “She said she would be here just after lunch, I can’t wait!” Sapphire smiled at Tori’s excitement to see her sister and frankly she was excited too.

The boys had suddenly made an appearance, Zed and Michael looked slightly sleepy and possibly hungover whilst Xavier was just smirking at his older brothers and then smiled brightly when he saw Sapphire and Tori. “Hey guys, ready to do some writing?" Beamed Tori, Michael and Zed sort of just groaned in response unlike their younger brother Xavier who nodded rather excitedly causing a burst of laughter from both of the girls. They spent the morning trying sober up Michael and Zed and had a relaxing time writing some music for the album before lunch. Sapphire had noticed that Tori had been texting pretty much all morning and couldn’t wipe the goofy smile off her face. “What’s got you all smiley, you look like the cheshire cat? smirked Sapphire. “Umm... nothing” Tori knew that she was blushing and as she faced her best friend she noticed she was raising an eyebrow at her before giving her a knowing smile and leaving it at that.

Before everyone knew it was around lunchtime and Tori was out of there before you could even blink and Sapphire assumed that it had a little something to do with a certain drummer from a certain band, and she couldn’t help but think it was kinda cute. Not long after that the rest of Black Veil Brides had joined them to hang out during lunch before they had to get back to work. Sapphire noticed that Andy hadn’t joined them either and well she was slightly relieved about it because she found him far too annoying. Nearly the whole of lunch was spent just messing around and cracking jokes and having a laugh and Sapphire was just happy that she had become friends so quickly with everyone… well except Andy. But the person she had found she got on with the most was Jinxx, they had so much in common; especially their love for classical music and it was kinda sweet that Jinxx was basically everyone's Mum, constantly making sure the guys wouldn’t do anything too stupid. Sapphires watched everyone around her and smiled that she had made some great friends but all of a sudden thoughts drifted to Echo, she couldn’t help but feel slightly sad and she hoped she would be alright today, she hated that she got bullied she didn’t understand why people had to be so cruel.

Andy decided to take a trip to Echo’s school during her lunch period instead of staying with the others for lunch. He wanted to make sure she was okay, he knows exactly what shes going through, as he went through it himself when he was her age. Her school was just coming into view and he made his way into the parking lot and found himself a place to park. As he got out of the car he could here a school bell which he assumed was a signal to the start of lunch. He started walking towards the school entrance and that was when he noticed Echo coming outside and heading towards a wooden picnic table, that was when he noticed a group of guys watching and laughing at her so he decided that was his cue to go and talk to her. Andy was now basically stood in front of the seat opposite her and Echo still hadn’t noticed his presence, she just continued to look down at what looked like a sketchbook and moving her pencil in all sorts of directions across the page. He couldn’t help but wonder what she was drawing. “May I sit with you?” Andy spoke getting Echo’s attention and she suddenly looked up wide eyed. “Um sure.. but Andy what are you doing here?” she couldn’t help but be slightly confused at his presence. “I thought I would keep you company during your lunch hour” He smiled softly at her. You could see that she was about to respond but her green eyes suddenly clouded with what looked like fear and someone walked from behind Andy, around the table and sat right next to Echo. Andy noticed that Echo had completely tensed up when this guy sat next her, and Andy watched him until he said something or made any move towards Echo. Andy assumed that by how confident and almost arrogant he was around both of them was that he was someone who would be quite popular within this high school. The guy finally decided to speak up and Echo had just wished he had stayed silent and left without a word. “So Echo how about you ditch this faggot and come with me? Maybe we can finish what we started before your bitch of a sister rudely interupted us” He just waited for her response with a disgusting, evil smirk. “Just go away Jordan!” shouted Echo and even Andy was a little surprised especially as that was the loudest she had ever spoken well at least in front of him anyway. Andy waited for this Jordan kid to leave but he didn’t instead he just sat there and watched her clearly amused. “I believe she asked you to leave” Andy stood up so that he was ready just in case this kid wanted to start a fight but you could tell he was slightly intimidated by Andy’s height. Jordan stood up and glared at Andy and was about to walk off, but before he did lowered himself down by Echo’s ear. “See ya later sexy” and with that he walked off. Andy sat himself back down and looked at Echo,and noticed she was shaking slightly. “Hey, I won’t let him hurt you okay?” she nodded slightly and glanced down at her sketchbook again as if she had just remembered she was in the middle of drawing something. “Can I see what you’re drawing?” he asked calmly he noticed she hesitated before handing the book over to him. When Andy looked down at the drawing and was surprised at Echo’s amazing drawing skills it was almost like he was staring at a photo. The drawing was of what looked like Echo, Tori and Sapphire all sat together with huge smiles on their faces and Andy couldn’t help but smile himself. “Echo this amazing you have some real talent here!” He looked up at her and she blushed a little “Um thanks Andy!” she smiled and he looked back down at the drawing studying it more. “Andy can I ask you something?” Andy smirked “Technically Echo, you just did” she then also smirked. “No something else” she laughed “Yeah sure go ahead” she smiled again. “Do you like Sapphire?” Andy was surprised by her question and blushed a little. “Wow I never thought I’d see Andy Biersack blush, especially over my sister” Echo couldn’t help but giggle. Andy smiled but couldn’t look at Echo and to be fair he didn't really know how to answer her question, Echo sensed she may have embarrassed him a little. “For the record I think you and Saph would be a cute couple but for some unfortunate reason she has taken a slight dislike to you.” They were both silent for a while and finally Andy broke the silence. “I think that’s one of the reasons I like her… I mean I wish she didn’t hate me, but I like that she isn't like every other girl I see. She has a confidence to her, she doesn't take any bullshit from anyone and she doesn't go out of her way to impress me, or flirt and throw herself at me like many other girls do.” Echo just smiled at him knowing that what he said was true and she sort of wished that her sister wasn't so stubborn and realised that she had a perfectly nice guy right under nose and she wouldn't even give him the time of day. Echo decided that she was gonna make it her mission to get her to stop hating Andy and maybe start dating him instead. Before Echo knew it the bell that told her lunch was over and that she had five minutes to get to her last lesson. "I have to get to my last class now Andy but I'll see you later" Andy nodded "Okay, oh and do you need a lift home after school or is Sapphire picking you up?" Echo smiled at him "Sapphire said she would pick me up but thank you for the offer" she beamed. "No problem! See ya later Echo." He waved and with that they went their separate ways, Echo went to class and Andy headed back to the studio.
