We Don't Belong

Sapphire was enjoying teasing Tori about who her dad was going to be working with and she couldn’t wait to see the look on her face when she ended up meeting her favourite band, Black Veil Brides. Tori was obsessed with them but Sapphire, well she loved their music and she thought they were a very talented band, but she didn’t like the lead singer Andy Biersack very much. Sapphire thought that Andrew Biersack was arrogant - that was one thing she could not tolerate. However she did like the rest of the band, she thought they were really cool, but it was just something about Andy that she didn’t like.

They had left the airport an hour ago and were now on their way to their new house Sapphire was excited to get to her new room and decorate it with all of her posters.

Sapphire had always thought that her fathers job was really cool, being able to work with lots of talented artists sounded like a great experience and someday she wanted to something similar to her dad or maybe go in to music herself. Tori was always encouraging Sapphire to try to get into the music industry she was always telling her how talented she was but for some reason it was never enough to convince her. Sapphire could play quite a few instruments reasonably well especially the piano and guitar and she admits that she has a decent singing voice but she never thought she was good enough to pursue it as a career plus she had never really performed in front of anyone before.

Sapphires dad had just pulled up to the house, they all got out the car and Tori, Sapphire and Echo just stopped and looked at it in awe. It was a beautiful house reasonably modern and quite big and they were all excited to be moving into their new home. “Alright girls go and pick your rooms Sapphire, Tori I hope you don’t mind sharing rooms again as we may need the spare room either as a studio or as a bedroom for family guests” Matthew smiled “Yeah Dad its okay we don’t mind” Sapphire shouted as she was running into the house dragging Tori behind her and raced straight upstairs to what was going to be there bedroom. Tori and Sapphire had gotten one of the bigger bedrooms as they they both had to fit all their stuff in there. Tori and Sapphire went straight to work with getting their room together.

It didn’t take them long to finish their room and they were done by the time dinner was ready. Sapphire went downstairs and Tori went to go and get Echo from her room. Tori was surprised to find her in the smallest bedroom, she had expected her to be in the medium sized bedroom and Sapphires parents to be in the master bedroom leaving the smallest bedroom for the studio, looks like Mr Waters was getting a bigger studio. “Hey Echo, dinner is ready” Tori said to her she glanced around the room and smiled at how many posters Echo also had on her walls. “Okay thanks Tori, I’ll be downstairs in a sec just putting up my last couple of posters” Tori just smirked at her before she left to go downstairs.

After dinner they all sat down as a family and watched The Avengers Assemble and long after that everyone went to bed, Matthew had his first day of work tomorrow and had asked Tori and Sapphire if they wanted to tag along and meet one of the band he was going to be working with, Sapphire and Tori happily agreed to go to work with Matthew. Sapphire just smirked at Tori again fully aware what band it was and how Tori would most definitely be surprised. Echo on the other hand had her first day at her new school tomorrow and unfortunately wouldn't be able to go with her father, which upset her a little, because she would rather be there than going to a new school where she will most likely be on her own the whole time and not making any friends.
