Misunderstood

Raven's P.O.V

It has been a few days since the party. I haven't talked to Andy since he was in my room. I was currently revising my story for the fourth time. I decided to write about a girl that has given up. Not just on love. But everything in life.

I heard my door open and me stepped through.

"Andy wants to talk to you." She said.

"Ok." I said still typing.

She left and Andy took her place at the door. I barely even took a glance at him.

"Raven, I need to talk to you."

"I'm listening." I said setting my laptop aside.

He walked over to my bed and sat down. I just looked at himwaiting to hear what he had to say.

"Remember the night at the party?"

"Yeah. What about it?"

"The girl I was talking to. Well I was talking to her about you."

"Me??" I looked down at him in confusion and shock. I immediately put my head down in shame.

"Yeah. You."

"I'm so sorry. I judged without even knowing what happened."

"It's ok Raven. You were right to judge."

"What do you mean?" I looked back up at him to see him looking down at his lap.

"Well after the party, we kept talking. And I really like her Raven. And she likes me."

"Ok. And?" I asked afraid of the answer.

"We are going to go on a date. And maybe build onto our relationship to something more."

I just looked at him shocked and hurt. He looked up at me when I didn't say anything.

"We're hap-"

"Get out." I whispered.

"What?"

"Get out." I said a little bit louder.

"But-"

"GET OUT ANDREW!" I yelled.

He didn't say another word. He just got up quietly and walked out of the room. I looked down at my lap and just let a few tears fall. I took a deep, long breath and got off my bed. I looked under my bed and got out my guitar case. I got out my cobalt blue and aqua Epiphone acoustic guitar. I sat on my windowsill. I can tell Em and the guys are outside my door, because I can hear the whispering and wondering. I ignored them and began to play Wake me Up by Crown the Empire. I just sat and played and sang along getting lost in the melody and chords that wrapped around me like a cocoon. Once I finished the song, I set my guitar down and decided to leave the apartment. I just need some fresh air and to get out and do something without the guys and Emerald. I got up and got dressed. This is what I wore.

I walked out my room to see everyone acting completely normal in the living room. I just walked out without saying a word. I walked to the Starbucks that was near by and got myself a grande iced chai tea latte. I then walked to the park next across the street and just sat on the swing set. I loved the swings. They always made me feel like I was flying or floating. It made me feel invincible.

I hope you guys like this short chapter. I made the outfit actually. Yep. I made it awhile back and just now remember my account on polyvore and decided to use it again. I'm so stressed out right now. I'm taking Advanced Honors Chemistry this year and it's stressful. And I have to miss two full days of school for choir. I didn't want to audition for mid-state this year. It's an advanced choir type thing you have to audition for and a whole bunch of people from all over your state audition and stuff. Well I didn't want to audition, but my choir teacher is making me because he says I will make it and I am the one person who doesn't have a choice. Just too much stuff. Blah. Also I'm Instagram.
