Chapter Fifty One
NO ONES POV
"Yes, of course everything is in order. Shut up of course i'm free who do you think i am?"
"Sorry it's just this is one big stunt are you sure we will cope, i do have my doubts?"
"Of course if only you stay with me, stay loyal!"
"Yes of course i will."
"And for the girl?"
"Oh she will be dealt with, everything is in place?"
"Yes!"
"Perfect." With that i ended the call a small chuckle leaving my plump lips as they curled into a menacing smirk....
Life's good. Great actually. For once i feel content in my life, me and Austin are growing solid everyday. Although i'm pretty sure Daddy dearest is still trying to get used to his 'little girl' moving into the dating world. When we broke the news, let's just say it was an experience..
Joking and laughing the whole way home, our hands gripped tight in each others embrace the second big commandment waited. Stepping into house our clothes still dripping from the ocean, no cares where given. "Guys everyone get into the living room now!" i screamed alerting the whole home and probably the neighbours too. Finding the whole gang already gathered i began, my hand gripped tight in Austin's afraid to let go. "I..I mean we have an announcement," stopping at that i glanced around the room a ghost of a smirk on Veronicka's face as we made eye contact. "You're not pregnant are you?" Dad blurted out a scared look upon his face as if he didn't want to know the answer.
"What god no who do you take me for?" A relieved look now on his face i continued. "I'm gonna get straight to the point, me and Austin are together!"
"Ha told ya Purdy you owe me Twenty Bucks" was shouted by Veronicka from the back of the room making me chuckle. "You guys really betted on us?" i questioned as i rung my dress out on Jake's lap making him groan and jump up from the ice cold water hitting his crotch.
"Yeah we betted Ashley said he would ask you in a months time where as i said in the next week so pay up Purdy!" Veronicka smirked. As promised a grumble left Ashley's lips as he handed the smirking tween a twenty dollar bill. A round of congratulations bumped around the room a never ending smile stayed planted on my face. I swear i was glowing.
The dysfunctional family now all planted around the small TV a film playing in the background as they all spoke in their own little conversations. As usual Cassara and Andy bickered about how Spiderman was so much better than Batman while Andy strongly disagreed as Jinxx refereed the match. The other three guys muttering about music and what not while Austin and Veronicka sat off to the side content in their own little world sharing stories between one another. The new year was finally here and everyone couldn't be happier.
"No Batman's way cooler i mean have you seen his suit it's fucking awesome. Spiderman looks like a right arse jumping through the city in a skin tight red suit!"
"Oh hell no Spiderman is a freaking legend and that suit looks damn fine!"
"Ugh whatever i need a drink, Ashley, Austin ya coming with me?"
"Looks like you can't admit defeat Biersack"
"No this will continue later Angel it's not over until you admit defeat!"
Following them into the compact kitchen i knew this wasn't about drinks at all. "So Austin i see you're dating our niece or more like sister for that matter." Andy began his liquid butter like voice strong.
"Umm yeah i guess." i spoke carefully scratching the back of my neck as i did so hoping that my nerves would go as the two men stared me down intently making my eyes go wide.
"You know Austin i think you're a good kid, but i won't have you messing with our Cassara you know that right?" Ashley continued as he sipped his beer leaning causally on the counter top. Not knowing what to say i let them continue, "I mean it Austin you hurt Cassara, whether that be a heart break or not we will end you!"
"I'm sure Chuppy wouldn't be happy either so.." Andy replied letting Ashley finish.
"Yup, so just be careful." With that they walked out of the room as if nothing had happened leaving me scared and my eyes as wide as saucers. I better not mess this up or god help me i'm dead.
Laughing to myself as i relived the memory, a sound of breaking glass broke my happy daze. Bolting down the stairs in a flash concerned of the well fair of my family i broke into a sprint, i mean with the guys all away at the studio finalising Wrecthed and Divine images of burgulars flashed through my mind. Now into the kitchen the sight before me was not one i was expecting. Crumpled on the floor in what would seem a million pieces of glass shattered around her like a barrier of protection was Veronicka, fat tears trailing down her make up less face. Not caring about the glass on the floor i ran to her, my thick wooly socks leaving me with no harm, pulling her into my arms as best as i could. "Nick what's wrong? what happened?" Her tears wracking her fragile frame as she wept into my arms i couldn't peice together the string of words she mustered. "I.. don't want to go back, don't let them take me!" was the words shouted as her lips quivered, her glassy blue orbs filling with yet another load of tears. A first it made to sense but after a minuted it dawned on me what was going to happen. This can't be, this must be wrong. There must be a mistake, they can't make her go back to them. To the two people who hurt her so much in her life, the people blamed for the marks that littered her arms and hips. "Don't worry i won't let them take you, i promise." I whispered combing her snowy hair behind her ear letting her sob into my shoulder and at that moment knew i wasn't going to let my little sister go without a fight.

So i have decided that i'm going continue this story instead of having a sequel as it would make more sense so i that's okay!
