The Water In My Lungs

I Just Want You To Know Who I Am

"Babe, do you have everything?" Imogen asked, walking into Andy and her's room. He had ditched his old apartment and moved in with Imogen much to both of their happiness.

"I think so." Andy said, looking at his bags. One for sketchbooks and art supplies along with ink and tattoo machines. He had been able to schedule a few appointments along the road and he was incredibly happy.

The pair was getting on a plane that night to meet the band got reherse for a few days and then get on the road for their first show in Vegas. After getting over the initial shock, Imogen realized how excited she was for this tour.

The guys in Set It Off were some of her best friends and Escape The Fate and Myka Relocate was the same. She was even featured in a Set It Off song, along with Myka Relocate.

"You ready to experience the tour life?" She smirked as he only kissed her forehead.

"As long as it's with you. I've toured conventions with Megan but that was in an old Van." He chuckled.

"Yeah we toured that way for the first few tours then finally we were able to get a bus for 2011 Warped." She said. "Thank god for that."

"You saying you don't want to be huddled up in a hot Van with me?" He laughed.

"Exactly." She said, kissing him quickly. He grabbed her hand and kissed her even deeper.

"I love you." He said.

She giggled, "I love you too. Get your stuff and let's head out cutie."

"Okay." He laughed, grabbing his two duffle bags and one rolling suitcase. Imogen walked into the front room and grabbed all of her bags. She had two suitcases and one duffle bag for her personal belongings.

"Damn, how are we going to carry all of this?" He laughed. She picked up her duffle bag and threw it at him.

"You!" She yelled, joking. He stuck his tongue out and picked up his bags.

They quickly made it downstairs with a little struggle but finally into Andy's car. The drive was fast to the airport and pretty soon they were walking inside to check their bags.

"I hate flying." Andy groaned. Imogen laughed, lacing her hand with his. A camera shuttered behind them and Andy shook his head. "And your stupid paparazzi."

Imogen laughed as they moved into the baggage line. They quickly checked in, getting tickets, going through security, and waiting for an hour or so before finally boarding the plane.

They sat down in their seats, Imogen taking the window. Andy didn't like to fly- he was nervous and Imogen knew this.

He clicked his seatbelt into place as she did the same. The attendants came around to check if they were buckled and Andy sighed.

"You okay, sweetie?" Imogen asked. He swallowed and shook his head. She grabbed around his neck and pulled so his head was laying on her chest. He sighed and wrapped his arms around her waist. She ran her fingers through his hair and kissed his temple. "I've got you, babe, forever."

However what Imogen didn't know was that he was nervous for something entirely different. The most important moment of his life.

Imogen sighed happily as she and Andy reached their hotel room. It had been a long day of traveling and she was looking forward to sleep with Andy in there comfy King sized bed.

"Hey- Im, I know your tired but I was wondering if we could walk on the beach for a bit.." Andy asked. She looked up at him and sighed.

"Really?" She laughed, looking out of the window. "It can't wait until tomorrow."

"It really can't. Trust me." He chuckled, taking her shoulders and pulling her into a sweet kiss. She sighed against his mouth. No man could ever make her feel the things Andy did but him.

"Okay." She smiled. He blew out a nervous breath and followed as she walked out of the room. He dug around in his pocket feeling the cool metal in his palm. He smiled a bit knowing that this was it.

They laced hands as they walked down to the hotel beach access. It was a little nippy but nothing they couldn't handle especially after living in New York City.

Imogen giggled as her feet touched the sand. It was dark and she could hear the waves crashing on the beach. His hand never left her's as they walked along and Imogen was starting to wonder why Andy had been so insistent to get her to the beach.

"So.." She broke the silence, looking up at him. He was staring out into the night, his eyebrows furrowed. His face looked so beautiful in that moment. His jaw line was so angular and his lip and nose rings glinted in the moonlight. "Any particular reason we're out here at midnight?" He chuckled and bit his lip before he stopped walking. She looked up at him with the most adorable eyes he'd ever seen and he let out a large breath.

"Imogen.." He brushed her hair behind her ear, making her blush and smile widely. "Did you know there are seven billion smiles in this world and yours is my favorite?"

She grinned. "I love you so much."

"I-I love you too." He whispered, shaking his hands out. "Okay..uh..I had this whole speech planned out but my mind is going blank."

She looked at him with wide eyes and he took her hands.

"Imogen, you literally mean everything to me. When you weren't with me..it was like every minute someone stabbed me in my heart. When I saw your videos with Chris and the photos of you guys kissing..it killed me. Your my light. My moon. My sun. My stars. My entire world." He paused to wipe away the tears falling down her cheeks with his thumbs. He kissed where they had been and she let out a breathy laugh. He reached in his pocket and kneeled down on his knee. She gasped as he took her hand and showed her the beautiful diamond ring. "So in light of those things, will you please do me the honor of being my wife? Imogen Carolyn Bradley, will you marry me?" A sob escaped her throat as she looked into the eyes of the man she was in love with. Every moment they had ever shared flashed through her eyes. His warm hand engulfed her's so lovingly and she felt so much love and happiness she thought she could die right then.

"Yes!" She sobbed as he stood up.

"R-really!?" He exclaimed, tears sliding down his pale cheeks now too. She wrapped her arms around his neck and cried softly into his shoulder as he did the same into her hair.

"Yes, God Andy, a thousand times yes!" She leaned up to kiss him as passionately as she could. His hands wrapped firmly around her ribs as he kissed her. He pulled back and took her left hand. He slid the beautiful diamond on her finger and she sobbed as she examined it.

It had the most beautiful, shiny diamond in the middle, with tinier ones lining the band. She covered her mouth stifling a sob as she stared.

"It's perfect, absolutely beautiful." She shook her head.

"Just like you." He grinned as she put her hand on his cheek. He leaned in and kissed her once more. "I've never been so happy in my life." He laughed, pulling away.

"Me neither." She whispered. He picked her up and spun her around, making her shriek in absolute delight.

He set her down on her feet looking into those pale blue eyes that were beginning to resemble his. His mind was pulled into the most amazing memory of his life. The day that changed it all.

Andy sped down the road, his Harley's engine revving loudly as he blew through the nicest neighborhood around. He wanted to find her. By chance, she was walking around and he smirked as he saw gorgeous she was.

"Hey there.." He said, slowing his bike down.

"What?" She asked, yanking her earbuds out. Andy chuckled under his breath.

"Hey there." He repeated, shooting his best smile in her direction. She was looking around like
it was crazy he was even taking the time to speak to her.

"Hi." She blushed under his intense gaze.

"I'm Andy."

"Imogen." She said, "Any reason you subtly stopped your motorcycle right next to me? Or should I Just assume I'm getting raped?"

Andy's eyes widened. She was feisty. He knew he liked her...

Andy was pulled out of his memories as he a wave crashed and hit them both in the ankles. They let out loud laughs, seeing how soaked their jeans were.

He grinned, catching an idea from the beautiful body of water. He picked Imogen up and began running through the waves. "Andy! Sharks! It's night time!" She laughed as they went waist deep in the water.

"We'll be fine, Im. I'd kill any shark that tried to fuck with you.." He laughed as her arms slid around his neck.

"God, I love you." She whispered. He pressed his nose to her's in happiness.

"Forever?"

"Longer than forever.."

@Ellie-phant
Thank you SOOO much! I have a lot more of your interested, but I know you already read a lot of them! Its not over, and won't be for a bit. I'm in the process of writing it still and I have been for a long time so I'm too emotionally attached to stop haha!

So, I just read this entire thing in two days.. First, WOMAN! Tell me when you have new stories! I'm terrible at finding things, and you know how much I enjoy your writing. Two, I just sobbed my eyes out. This was beautiful. I cannot tell if it's over, but I'm so in awe, I can't even handle it. You're amazing. <3
