One Night

I sit on the couch in my living, knee nervously going up and down like im playing with CC's kick drum..
What the fuck do I do? More importantly.. What should I do..?
I get up, pacing across the room.
I decided to call Ashley.
"Helloo..?"
"Uh. Hey. It's Andy.."
"Oh yeah! Hey. Listen, band practice, in a few days. Remember?"
"Y-Yeah. Listen. I need your help with something. Can you come over to Alyss' house?"
"Yeah sure dude. Be there in 30"
I hung up, still thinking about my parents. Her dad. It's stupid.
*Alyss' pov*
Andy came bursting through the door with Ashley while I was making a sandwich.
"What the hell? What are you guys doing here?"
"I dunno. Andy said to meet up here. I came a little early when I saw him walking over here so I followed."
"Look, Alyss.. We need to talk. Ashley knows a lot about this."
"About what?" Ashley said looking back and forth at me and Andy. I think he had a clue.
Ashley sat on my couch while Andy sat on the arm rest.
"Tell him.." Andy said looking at me in a strange way.
"Ashley.. Remember that party a month or so ago?"
"Shit.. Yeah.." he said twirling his thumbs.
"Well.. After you guys left.. Me and Andy.. Uh.. Yeah.. But.. I think.. Well.. I know.. I-I'm.."
"SPIT IT OUT" Ashley said with an anxious tone.
"I'm pregnant.."
Ashley's jaw dropped. He stood up, fingers in hair, exhaling all of his anxiety. For some reason he looked disappointed.
"What do you guys need help with exactly.. Why am I over here..?"
"We don't know what to do.." Andy said to Ashley with an 'it's kind of obvious what you're here for' tone..
"You can either tell your parents.. Or.. You can run away. If you run away, you'll fuck your life up. And your child's life. If you tell your parents, they'll get made, but they'll still love you.. Your Dad is sort of weird though, Alyss.. I don't know what you could do.."
At that moment, I got a text from my father.
Dad: Sweet heart, It's me, Dad. I'm out in Asia right now. Dont ask why. I'll be back around 5 months at the least. Probably more. I'm sorry. But I have something for you when I get back. <3
Me: I have something for you too..
I sigh and show them.
"Great. Now it's up to us and MY PARENTS." Andy said stomping outside.
I walk out there and sit with him on the swinging bench we have on the front porch.
"Andy. We'll be alright. Just. Promise me something."
"Yeah?"
"Stay with me?" I said resting my head on his shoulder, as we hold each other's hands.
