My Romeo's Lullaby

After Andy finally felt like getting up, Cora started to put on her pants and didn't bother with her blouse.
Andy's was comfy enough. "You're getting your new armor today." He smiled. Cora had a though time faking a smile, because she had no reason to. She's going to use that armor to kill her father or else, he will kill her.
After she was done getting her clothes on and looked at her. He had a concerned look on his face.
"What is it?" She asked. Andy shrugged and walked towards her."I just want to know that a lot is going to chance, no matter how this is going to end. I also wondered if you win and you WILL, you can be my queen."
Cora's mouth dropped. She was born to be queen, but of The Wild Ones? Who will rule over Forendall?
"What about Forendall?" Andy smiled. "We'll figure that out." She knew Andy longer than today and in her ears that losely translated to 'I have a plan'.

She walked behind him through the big hallways and sectretly hoped she would bump into Koda. She didn't. In the weapon room they were greeted by the twins.
"We have you armor right here, my lady." Cora walked over to Jake who had a chest and gave it to her. She almost dropped it, but fighted against the weight of the chest. Andy thanked the men and lead cora to a room for her to dress in.
It was a small room, but enough to fit 3 maybe 4 people in. She opened the door and stepped in. Andy walked in behind her and grabbed her hips.
"What are you doing?" Cora slowly dropped the chest to and spun around. Andy towered her and fundled with the strings of his blouse on her tiny body.
"I'm helping you." He smiled from ear to ear.
Cora sighed and let it happen, she didn't know how to do it anyway. After Andy was done fidgeting with her blouse that belonged to him, he pulled it over her head, leaving her topless. He couldn't stop smiling.
The mature king turned around and opened chest, searching fo r her basic armor. Cora didn't bother to cover herself up anymore.
I mean, why would she? I'ts not like he never saw her naked before and she couldn't care less. Andy stood up again with a blouse and some leather piece. "Arms up." She did and he smirked. "Remember I have eyes to, you know." She complained.
Andy smirked and kissed her on top of her head. He worked with the straps and clips of her armor and it took very long in Cora's eyes.
"Why does it look so..red ?" Andy chuckled and pulled the straps tighter, making Cora yelp. "It's specially made for you, I designed it myself actually, it's perfect for horse or dragon riding."
Cora looked up with wide eyes. "Dragon riding? What do you mean?"
Finally she dropped her arms and Andy didn't take his eyes of hers when he unbottoned her pants.
"You can choose to have a dragon or a horse or maybe even a bandersnatch, I mean you can't go on a battle field like a soldier, but as a knight." He dropped her pants to the ground and she stepped out of them.
"So, you really expect me to go fight on battlefields." She said with fear in her eyes. Andy grabbed a pair of skintight pants and sighed.
"Look, things are not the same anymore, you have to fight now, I'm sorry princess, but you can't read books anymore, you have to create your own story."

After a few good arguments later the snidey couple finally left the changing room.
Andy walked out first and clapped his hands together.
"Lady's and gentlemen may I present to you: Cora Forester, Queen of Dragons to be and a knight of The Wild Ones." The twins turned around aswell as ashley and CC. Their eyes went wide and they couldn't push a word out of their throaths when Cora walked out with a strong, red armor.
It suited her perfectly and she looked like she could defeat a whole army herself.
"Now only a weapon." Ashley whispered. Jake jumped up and gave Cora her sword.
"The finest steal in a 5 kingdoms miss." She didn't have her headpiece on yet, but carried it under her arm.
Andy walked towards her with a pocket knife. "Cora, you have to cut your hair." Suddenly she jumped in defensive mode.
"WHAT, WHY?!" She ran quickly to the twins and hid behind them.
"Because it will irritate you while you're fighting, stop being a child, come here!" Andy laughed and chased her around the room and outside. She walked in the courtyard and Andy followed. "No, no way." She objected.
"Okay, fine, you'll figure it out yourself." He gave up.

Andy walked to a rack of swords and chose a slightly too small one. He pointed it towards Cora. "Let's riverdance." He grinned.
Cora got her head piece on and pointed her sword. Her feet were apart and she stood strong. Andy swung a few times forward making her back of and almost made her fall backwards.
"It's all about balance Cora, think about ballet."
He shouted and she blew some air out of her nose.
It was on.
Cora stood slightly
on her toes and swung forward. Andy laughed and defended himself against her sword. The clings were to hear all over the courtyard. Men who were training stopped to look at the battle and the whole council walked outside, except Koda.
"Oh come, princess!" Andy laughed and spun around her almost bringing her to the ground. Cora panted as she only defended herself.
Her foot work was good, but because of the wieght of her armor it was hard to keep balance. "You really think you can beat Aiden like that?" That name made her fill with rage.
"You can't even scare a bunny of!"
Andy shouted.
Cora screamed, ran towards him with her sword in the air. Andy's grin turned into a smirk as he got what he wanted.
He stopped her sword with his and pushed her of. She used her feet to jump again and this time it worked. Cora jumped again, this time used her right foot to kick him in the knees.
Andy fell to the ground and stepped back.
Cora walked to him.
He defended himself with his sword, but not long after Cora swung one good time, sending his sword to the ground far away from him.
She pointed her sword to the man who was on the ground with one knee. "I am not scared of Aiden."
She whispered for only Andy to hear. The men standing in circles around them whatched in silence. Ashley started clapping slowly and a few followed.
Cora dropped her sword and panted.
Andy wasn't used to being defeated, but he was glad it was her. He stood up and embraced Cora.
"Fine, let's cut my hair." She said annoyed. He laughed and men cheered for her victory.
One day she will rule over a kingdom.
One day she will defeat Aiden and one day she will be standing next to Andy on the battle field and a throne.

Ashley walked in with a huge smile. He had to tell Koda what just happened, it was amazing!
No one defeated Andy not even her.
Ashley ran to her room, but she was nowhere to be found. He looked in the kitchen and still no succes.
He heard an afwul sound coming from the bathroom and he ran in.
No again.. he thought.
He walked in and there she was. Hugging the toilet bowl and puking out her steak.
"I warned you." He sighed and sat next to her. "Go get eaten by a bear or something."
She muttered before puking again. "I wanted to tell you something and you'll never guess what just happened."
She looked at him with one eyebrow raised.
"What?"
"The little princess defeated the king." He said with joy. Koda's eyes filled with shock and slight jealousy. "You're shitting me." Ashley laughed.
"I would never." Another wave came up and she was back to hugging the toilet bowl. Ashley petted her back and sighed.

Cora sat with her armor in a chair with a mirror infront of her.
"Are you ready?" Andy walked up behind her. She nodded and closed her eyes. He took his pocket knife and cut her pony tail of.
The blonde lock fell on the ground. He took a few not so good looking pieces and cut them nicely. He knew how hard this was for he, but it needed to be done.
"It's over." He called and Cora slowly opened her eyes. She looked in the mirror and touched her short locks. Her hair was just above her shoulders and she had to admit, it wasn't that bad...
"Thank you." She whispered. "Now come outside again, you may defeated me but you're still a disaster with balance."
Andy got her up from the chair and walked outside. "Oh come on, I totally kicked your ass." She laughed.

Outside the men were training again.
Cora stood behind Andy who was setting up a wooden doll for her to practice her attack technique.
Suddenly the men on the wall started yelling and the bells louded. The big gates opened and in the distance three horses galloped through. Andy frowned. He got a sword and started walking towards them. Cora walked behind them and looked at the sigil of the flag they were carrying, her eyes filled with fear.
Her father wasn't supposed to be here until tomorrow.
