Love Isn't Always Fair

A year later and Andy didn't keep his promise. He made it famous like he had always wanted, he had a band. Black veil brides. Sure Sadie listened to them, but every time she did she thought of Andy, not calling her, not wanting to know her. She got more and more depressed.
Hailey was starting to ignore her, as if she didn't exist, but then again, she must exist or else Hailey and her new found friends wouldn't have anyone to talk shit about.
Sadie's life got worse and worse. She would see Andy on tv and think what went wrong, why he didn't call her any more.
She stopped eating as much, she gained scars on her arms, her life was a living hell, people at her school wasn't making it easy for her. After school they'd follow her and poke fun, sometimes hit her, she never fought back, she didn't have the right thoughts to. If anything she thought they was doing her a favour.
She had always wanted to call Andy, but thought maybe he's doing this for a reason.

The next week got from bad to worse. Sadie was at home one day, her parent were shouting, she hated to hear it. Her dad came into her room and got his belt out, he struck for her more than twice to take his anger out. She curled into a ball screaming for him to stop.
This was a continuous thing he had started to do. One day he hit her hard on her face. She looked at herself in the mirror, crying, covered in cuts and bruises. She reached out to touch the mirror, but she grabbed her bottle of hairspray and slammed it against the mirror, smashing it. She sunk on the floor crying, grabbing her knees rocking back and forth.

~Iris starts to play,(ringtone) her phone started to buzz, she looked over to it, but thought it would be just another kid to take the mick out of her again. It stopped ringing. It rang again, and again. She got up and looked at it. His face appeared. She quickly answered.
"H-Hello?" she said with a croak in her voice.
"Sa-Sadie?" he nervously asked.
"Andy" she replied. She was so happy it was him.
"Are you okay?" He asked
"mm-y-yeah" she lied
"Look, I'm sorry I didn't call. I've had a lot going on"
"I-Its fine" she lied again.
"Let me make it up to you? Come meet the guys" He insisted
She paused "O-okay"
"I'll swing by tomorrow, I'm sorry kitten"
He hung up before she brought herself to say goodbye and took a breath.
She climbed into bed with what she had on from the day and waited for morning. It took a while but it finally came. She changed but didn't bother with make up, didn't bother with her hair. When she walked downstairs her dad was waiting for her. He thought that beating her would soon get her in line, he reached for his belt again. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
He swung at her, bruising her arms. Before she walked out the door she grabbed a jumper. Andy was waiting for her outside, she buried her face in her sleeves.
He got out of his car, and ran to her, hugging her tightly. "I'm so sorry" he whispered.
She fought to hold the tears back, she cried because she missed him, she cried because he didn't call, she cried because he doesn't know what's going on.
He looked up to see her dad stood at the door unfolding his belt and putting it on. Her dad gave a disproving look to them hugging. Andy ignored it and kissed the top of her head.
They walked to the car and he opened the door for her, as she climbed in her sleeve fell down a small bit. She noticed straight away and pulled it straight back up. Andy looked confused but carried on and got in the car too.
He drove to the place he and the others were staying.
As they walked up the stairs to the door he realised something was wrong. He stopped her at the front of the door and talked to her. Down on his knees looking in her eyes
"Sadie, whats going on?" Sadie avoided eye contact
"Nothing"
He sighed "I know I should've called, I've been real busy, It was a bad thing I did but I want to make it up to you, just please, tell me if there's anything else going on" He pleaded trying to gain the eye contact.
"Nothing" she repeated. He didn't believe her but he wasn't going to get it out of her now. He opened the door and led her in, introduced her to the guys and got her a drink. They all sat in a living room talking. Sadie was quiet.
"You're a quiet one then Sadie" Jake asked
She just smiled
