Chapter Thirty-two
Develin's POV
Today another death one will come in to be placed. I was waiting in the middlepath dressed in: polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=74273198&.locale=nl The cap of my cape over my head. My wings where hidden underneath it. I waited and waited.
Soon there was a schim floating to me. But when I saw who it was I was paralyzed. Ashley looked at me with a shock on his face. 'Develin?' he asked. I nodded. He ran up to me and hugged me tightly burrying his head in my hair. I hugged back and felt tears fall down. 'Why?' I only asked. 'I just simply couldn't go on without you.' He said and looked into my eyes.
We just stared at eachother and then we kissed. This kiss was in one word magical. Every inch of my body lunged for him. I tangled my hands in his hair pulling him closer to me. One of his arsm was wrapped around my waist and the other was tangled in my hair. I didn't wanted to but I had to. I broke away. Ashley looked confused. I sighed.
'Ash they placed you in Heaven. I hoep you enjoy your stay there.' I said and I started to walk him to the gates of Heaven, but he stopped me. 'Can I still see you?' He asked. I smirked at him. 'Ofcourse. If you dare to come to Hell from time to time.' I said. Ashley smiled at me. 'I just died for you. Believe me I also dare to go to Hell for you.' He said and he grabbed my waist pulling me back to him. I placed my hands on his chest.
'Then I will see you tonight at the entrance of Hell.' I whisperd in his ear. I kissed him one more time until I unfold my wings and flew back to my mansion. Immediatly one of my slaves came to me and took my robe. 'Tell the cook to make something extra good. We will be having a guest tonight.' I said. The slave bowed and ran to the kitchen. I couldn't wait till tonight.
Ashley's POV
I watched how Develin flew away. She was beautifull, even with the red eyes she had now. When I couldn't see her anymore I turned to the gates wich where opend. I walked through and saw Angel sitting there waiting for me. 'Hello Ashley. Come on. Our Lord is waiting for us.' She said. She grabbed my hand and flew us to a big gold castle standing on a cloud.
We landed infront of the big doors. Two guards let us in and we walked to the throneroom. There was God waiting for us with a welcoming smile. 'Ah Ashley Purdy. Nice to see you my child. I hope you will enjoy your stay here.' He said. I nodded. 'Well you will be one of my normal Angels so everyone step back.' he said.
He raised his hands and there was a bright light. Suddenly I felt some tingling in my back and before I knew it there where two big fluffy white wings on my back. I eximinaded them. It looked okay. Rather have the black version tough but oh well. Atleast I can go to Develin quicker now. 'Thank you.' I said still looking at my wings.God nodded. 'Angel please show him where his house is. Goodbye.' God said and he sat back in his throne.
Angel and I walked outside and I moved my wings. Before I knew it I was in the air. Okay it didn't go that well but atlast I got home. I layed down on bed and waited till it was going to be dawn.
