A Fallen Dark Angel
Chapter Twenty-two
Develin's POV
Its been a week since me and the girls came back from tour. The guys still had two months to go. I was walking around the mall with Angel (polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=71940636&.locale=nl) when I saw a flyer for musical auditions. I always loved musicals. And there was an audition for Sleeping Beauty. 'Aaaaa Develin we HAVE to do audition! come on they are only a block away and we are not to late yet!' Angel said grabbing my arm dragging me with her.
A few blocks away was the place where they held the auditions. There was a woman behind the desk. 'Hello we would like to roll us in for the auditions.' Angel said. The woman nodded. 'For what part do you want to audition for?' She asked. 'Sleeping Beauty.' Angel said. The woman nodded and wrote it down giving Angel a sticker with a number on it and a script.
Then she turned to me. 'And you dear?' She asked. 'Ehm the evil fairy.' I said. I always loved the evil persons. Plus they always had the nicest costumes. The woman nodded, wrote it down and also gave me a sticker with a script. 'You will be on in 30 minutes goodluck.' She said smiling at us. We said thanks and sad down.
Soon it was Angels turn. She sighed gave me a quick hug and walked inside. 15 minutes later she came out with a big smile on her face. 'Your turn Dev. I know you will do great.' She said. I nodded and took a deep breath. I walked in and saw five people sitting behind a desk. I walked to when I was infront of them. They all looked at me with intrest.
'Develin Blood am I right?' The woman asked. I nodded. 'Okay first we will be doing a part of the script and then you will be doing a song from the musical is that alright?' she asked. I nodded again. The woman smiled. 'Great! Let's get started.'
20 minutes later I was done and they said they will contact me if I was chosen. It was amazing. I hope I was going to get picked. Angel was still waiting for me outside. 'Hey ready to go home? I just got a text from Ash that he really wants to talk to you. Someone is missing you.' She said teasingly. 'Ow shut up.' I said. Angel gigled.
Two weeks later my phone suddenly ringed. I picked it up. 'Hello?' 'Hello Develin? Here Miranda the procucer of the musical. I am pleased to tell you that you got the part. I would like to see you tomorrow at seven am. Then you will meet the cast and we will measure you for your costume.' She said. I couldn't believe it! I was going to be in a huge musical. 'Thank you so much I will defiantly be there!' I almost yelled in excitement. Miranda laughed. 'Yourwelcome. You deserve it. I will see you tomorrow.' She said and hung up.
Imediatly I got a call from Angel. 'Hello?' I said. 'Develin I got the part of Sleeping Beauty!' she yelled. 'OMFG I got the part of the evil fairy!' I said in excitement. This was going to be awsome. My bestfriend and I are going to play in a musical. 'OMFG that is amazing! Well I will see you tomorrow at seven byezzzz.' She said and hung up.
