Almost Unbreakable

"Uh, Daisy? Are you alright?" Asked Michael. I snapped out of the memory to see everyone in the room staring at me. Andy's eyes were full of something I couldn't decipher. He looked so amazed, as he scanned me up and down.

"Yeah." I mumbled. "Are you guys ready?"

"Been ready for four years." Andy said. I looked up at him, shock in my eyes. His voice was deeper. I opened up my notebook, and grabbed the list of questions.

Little did I know, a picture had fallen out of it.

"Woah, is that...Andy?" One of the black haired boys said.

"Uhm I-I don't know, can I please have that back?" I said trying to take the picture from the almond shape-eyed boy. Andy snatched it from him, before I could. I noticed Michael had left the room.

Andy smirked at me, and handed back the picture. I sighed, mentally face palming.

"Okay, let's just start this. Why did you start this band," I looked down at what Michael had recently written down on a sticky note in front of me, "Black Veil Brides?"

"I started it back in Ohio. I had to break up with my girlfriend for it." Andy said, "And I haven't stopped thinking about her since." I felt my bottom lip quiver, as tears pushed to my eyes.
I wrote down his answer, knowing I'd have to turn them into my boss.

"Alright," My voice shook, "Uhm could you all introduce yourselves, and tell me your roles in the band?"

"I'm Ashley Purdy, I play bass."

"I'm Jake Pitts, I play guitar."

"I'm Jinxx, I play guitar."

"I'm Christian Coma, I play drums."

"I'm Andy Biersack, and I sing." Andy's eyes never left my face. I wrote them all down, and continued asking questions. I had never been so shocked and uncomfortable in my life.

Finally, the interview was over, and I had made my way back to my desk. The sound of the rain on the roof echoed through my ears. I shoved the picture of Andy and I in the drawer of my desk, and sighed.

Suddenly I felt a hand on my shoulder. Of course, it was Andy. He looked so happy to see me, and I couldn't help but smile a bit too.

"Do you think you'd be able to take a fifteen minute break?" He asked, his blue eyes sparkling. I felt myself begin to swoon. I looked at my watch seeing it was my lunch hour, and nodded. I stood up, and followed him out of the door. We stood in a covered area outside of the building. "Daisy." He shook his head, grinning.

"Hello Andy." I said crossing my arms over my chest.

"I missed you so much, Dragonfly. I'm so sorry." He walked closer to me. I stepped back.

"Do you really expect me to just forgive you like that!?! You broke me! Because of you I don't think I'll ever love anyone else again." I yelled at him.

"Then don't! Love me! Leaving you was the biggest mistake of my life. If I could do anything over, it would have been to stay with you." He said.

"Oh bullshit, you probably sleep with a different girl every night!" I rolled my eyes.

"Actually, Daisy, when I said you were the last, I meant it." He walked closer to me, and showed me his hand. On it was a tattoo, that said Dragonfly in curling cursive letters. "I haven't dated anyone since you."

"Andy.." My voice trailed off.

"Please, another chance. That's all I'm asking for. We don't have to get back together, but a date, anything! I need you, Dragonfly. I need you back in my arms." He actually had tears pushing to his eyes.

"Andy I-" I choked on my words, unable to speak them. Tears started falling down my face.

"What?" He asked, placing an arm around my hip, and pulling my body to his.

"I'm engaged!" I yelled, as the tears started to pour out. I ripped out of his grasp, feeling broken for speaking the truth. I was engaged, and their was nothing I could do.
