Summary
New York City: the City of Lights, the City of Dreams. Amid the hustle and bustle of the life and glamour sits a few people whose lives are at a standstill. And one of these is a fifteen year old girl. She has no family, she has no home, she has no name, she has no voice. Not wanting her to live a life on the streets they take her in and she becomes an honorary sister of four of them and a legal sister of the fifth. His grandparents adopt her and they give her a name. One day tragedy strikes her new family and they need her knowledge of the streets to save someone dear to them. Will "Koneko" be able to help them or will lives be lost in the process?

He is excited to have another person in their big happy family. When his heart is ripped out in the wake of devastation, Koneko is there to comfort him. She's the only one who can heal the wound in his hollow chest.

After being denied adoption of Koneko, he pushes his grandparents to take her in instead. In lieu of becoming her father, he becomes her brother.

Only slightly insane. He is over the moon when Koneko joins, and he easily becomes one of her best friends.

Jake's adoring fiance and the light of his life. One third of Koneko's "older sisters".

He helps Koneko get into the swing of normal life. When someone dear to him goes missing, will Koneko be able to help?
Jinxx
Jinxx teaches her to read, write, tell time and many other things. When something goes horribly wrong for him, Koneko will need to save someone else's life before he takes his own.
