We'll Get Through This Together-Andy Biersack
Chapter 5- His What?
Chapter 5- His What?
By the time we’re done shopping we’ve both got over 10 bags.
“I’ll call my mom and ask her to pick us up.” I say to Andy.
“Okay cool.” He replies. I see his face run white and he tries to turn around.
“Andy, what’s wrong?” I ask.
“EMO LOSER!” Some guys yell towards Andy.
“Andy, don’t listen to them, please?” I say placing my hand on Andy’s shoulder.
“If you think this is bad then wait until tomorrow.” Andy sighs.
“I know, I went through the same thing every day at my old school.” I reply.
Andy hugs me tightly and then lets go.
My mom parks her car and then texts me to tell me that she’s here. Andy and I make our way over to her car and get in.
“How was your shopping trip?” Mom asks us breaking the silence between us.
“It was good.” I say, Andy still seems a little shaken up.
“That’s good, you can stay for dinner tonight if you would like Andrew, we’re just going to get take-away.” Mom smiles into the mirror at the front of the car.
“Okay.” Andy replies. “Thank you.”
“Anytime.” Mom says happily.
We arrive back at my house and Andy and I head upstairs. I turn on the TV and get my Xbox from my room along with the two Guitar Hero controls.
“Andy don’t let them get to you, please.” I say hugging him.
“I’m trying not to. I can only take it so many times.” Andy sighs.
“Everything will be okay, I got my timetable for school today, mom put it in my room.” I say trying to change the subject.
“What class are you in?” He asks.
“12C” I reply.
“I am too; we’ll have most of our classes together. Yay!” Andy smiles.
The Xbox turns on and we start playing Guitar Hero.
--
“I won again!” I say to Andy.
“I’ll win, you’ll see.” Andy laughs.
We select Teenage Dirtbag by Wheatus and start playing.
“YAY! I won that time.” Andy says jumping around.
I laugh and then congratulate him. He does a little dance and then the room becomes a little awkward. We both burst into laughter.
“We should go and see what mom’s getting for dinner.” I say putting my guitar down.
We talk down the stairs; Andy gets down there before me due to his wildly long legs. Well I have long legs being 5’11 but he’s 6’2, he’s a taller than me.
“Hey mom, what’s for dinner?” I ask.
“Anything you would like.” Mom says.
“Andy, what would do you feel like?” I ask Andy.
“Whatever you feel like.” Andy replies with his deep voice.
“Mom I think you should just pick something and then we’ll choose what to eat.” I laugh.
“Okay then, we’ll get sushi.” She smiles.
“Yum!” Andy and I both say at the same time.
Everyone writes down what they want and mom goes to the sushi shop to get it.
--
Mom comes back with our food. Mom and dad go and sit in the lounge room downstairs while Andy and I go upstairs into my lounge room after saying thanks.
“So what do you want to watch?” I ask Andy.
“Anything.” Andy smiles.
I go into my room and get Easy A out of my bookcase and then go back and put it in the DVD player.
“Have you seen this?” I ask Andy as we both open our sushi and start eating. He shakes his head. “It’s a good movie.”
We sit back and start watching the movie.
--
About half way through the movie Andy’s phone starts ringing.
“I’ll be back in a second.” He says putting the phone to his ear.
“Okay.” I reply. I keep watching the movie; I guess I can just rewind it when he gets back.
Andy comes back into the room with the biggest smile on his face.
“That was my ex-girlfriend Scout; she’s coming to Ohio on Friday. She’s an actor so she rarely gets days off so we don’t see each other much. We were just going to hang out for a while, as friends. You can join us if you want.” Andy nudges me.
“Nah it’s okay. I’ll be back in a second.” I say getting up and walking calmly to the bathroom.
I felt a little sick and I knew that it wasn’t due to the food that I just ate. Was I jealous of her? No, I’ve never been jealous of anyone. But it was just the smile on his when we he said her name. I sigh and then walk back to the lounge room. He could have told me that he has an ex-girlfriend that he’s still on pretty good terms with. I guess not.
“Are you feeling okay? Your face looks a little pale.” Andy asks with a concerned tone as I sit down next to him.
“Yeah I’m fine.” I reply putting on a fake smile.
Andy and I sit through the rest of the movie.
--
“It’s getting late, I’ll see you tomorrow.” Andy yawns. He hugs me tightly and then we walk downstairs.
“I’ll see you tomorrow. School starts at 8:30 so I’ll come to your house at 8:10 and we can walk to school.” Andy smiles.
“Okay cool, see you tomorrow.” Andy hugs me and I go up to my room.
I take off my make-up and change into my pyjamas. I go to my room and slowly fall asleep.
I love this so much
